I am so amazed that you give this information away for basically free! You have changed my weight lifting life. I will forever be grateful! My 52 year old body will look the best it ever has!
Ryan, i can understand why people dont agree with the specific exercises you do (or diet), but the means by which you explain how muscle actually grows, is pretty spot on.
If there's one exercise that's unforgivably underrated, it has to be the inverted row. In my opinion, the inverted row is the perfect exercise to go alongside the push-up since it's horizontal pull with horizontal push respectively. Inverted rows on the bar is pretty cool but in my opinion, there's no better way to do it than with gymnastic rings. Which is something that I do on an ultra-regular basis. The reason why I think inverted rows on the rings is the best thing to do is simply because of the more fluid and free movement the rings allow you to do. For me personally, how I do my inverted rows with the rings is by performing a dynamic grip movement by twisting the rings as I pull up in order to get more bicep activation going on.
“And start an onlyfans” we really lucking out with Ryan, a youtube fitness guru that doesnt dance around his point for 562 minutes we can turn to before a workout AND a comedian.
I know Ryan gets some stick by some influencers but I must say, I learn something new / learn a new exercise / or learn a different perspective from every video ... I have been training and researching strength and conditioning / bodybuilding for 24 years for context.
I really appreciate all the great info and tips on all the workouts Ryan, it has helped out immensely and made a huge change in my life inside and outside the gym. Keep up the awesome videos man, you’re doing an incredible job helping a lot of us out 🙏🙌🏽

Great video. I got lots of shoulder injuries so I try rope on next back workout. ..I did back today. But focused on upper trap and back. The rope would of been good. I use v bar. On pull down so other ways I keen to learn so thanks
This guy is the absolute best and wipes the floor with any other instructor/trainer on YT. Plus he’s laugh out loud funny. I’m shocked he doesn’t have a stand up comedy or writing background. Anyone know where he’s based out of?
I am planning to do this 30 day program, just waiting for new bench and barbbell to ship. And at age 70 I am probably not using over 40 pounds. I want to keep some muscle mass. Currently I am using dumbbells only and exercising at home
Video idea? I got a rogue squat rack (sml-1) with a flat bench/barbell and of course weights. Due to covid bullshit that is my go to garage gym. Can you do a video about best exercises with just a squat rack and flat bench?
Ok Ryan I did this workout as one big super set (7 exercises) with no rest in between exercises. Then 3-4 minute rest and begin again for a total of 4 super sets. At 63 it kicked my ass,!!!! Put your helmet on and get into the fight
Holly shit that “why are you watching this video you should be learning how to make money” hit me so good .
Fold your junk into a cheeseburger
I appreciate these short and sweet to the point videos
