I would eat that Margherita pizza in a heartbeat! And wow, I didn't know you can eat barnacles and I was actually surprised that churros comes from Spain because I am used to seeing and eating them in Mexican restaurants.

I really like this channel^^
My husband and I are huge travelers (one destination a year) But when my husband retires we will be living abroad six months out of the year. Italy is the first spot. 4 1/2 months in Italy. Will be cooking often! But the occasional pizza will be fantastic! I am a chef so I love cooking. I cannot wait to go to the markets and pick up fresh produce during the day.
Love Italy 🇮🇹 and watched your videos when Pittsburgh PBS 📺 Station channel 13 has them on including the special programs supporting PBS. When are you going to be back on PBS with BRD video? Having been to Naples I find Naples pizza is vastly over rated. It's too doughy, too oily, and topping can be watery if the mozzarella is very fresh. This pizza was originally food for the poor and is basically dough flavoured with whatever you had. Roman pizza is much better with a thinner crust and better toppings. Naples pizza is mostly hype.
