- Happy Hocus Pocus 2 Day everyone! This project took a long, long, loooooong time to finish up but I am so excited to share this creative vintage project making OOAK kind dolls. These Bradley dolls worked spooktacularily at bringing these iconic witches back to life!

These dolls used to be very popular when I was a kid. Adults had them sitting around their house and I wasn’t allowed to play with them.
So many things we weren’t allowed to play with back in the day!

I've worked at Goodwill and these dolls plagued my workstation. There were so many of them donated, it was crazy!
Yeah I see them at Goodwill all the time and usually in rough shape. I hope to do more upcycles with them to get people interested in them.

They look so good!! I love Winnifred entirely and you really captured Mary's face and hair. Bradley dolls give me nostalgia. I never had one but remember envying some at slumber parties of my youth in the 70s and 80s. I may need to just get one now!
I see them quite a bit secondhand. I do think people are starting to get more interested in them, but I hope this idea gets more of them saved!

Do it! Just know they are much more fragile than anticipated. That would be my biggest piece of advice if you alter them.

These are so cute! I found a Bradley doll at Goodwill with really jacked-up hair and was looking for a tutorial for dying doll hair and stumbled upon your video. Love it!
These nice thing about them is you can just put a wig on it. These poor Bradley dolls can be real rough when you find them… 🫣😅

I love your project. They look so good! You had such a good idea to do that. I’m always seeing those dolls at thrift stores and it makes me kind of sad so this is great inspiration, however, I’m not that crafty, or patient. Great job!
I feel like this is a bit in depth if you don’t want to spend the time but you can for sure do something with those dolls!
Nice work, they look awesome! I have been researching and trying to figure out how Bradley/Pose/Artmark dolls are made (mainly the faces) for so long. I think I may have finally cracked it, or at least a manageable way to replicate the look. Hoping to try it out soon. Thanks for the boost in inspiration to pursue the endeavor of making these dolls!

Oh! I think I have Bradley's Doll. She looks like one, but she's with attached music box, and i'm not sure if bradley's dolls were with music box
Unfortunately just water on it's own will obliterate the paint on these D: I had to do some emergency repainting on the first one I bought after I tried to get a dirt spot off her face, oops.
Katherine darling, I loved this! Could you tell where you got the blonde wig for Sarah hair? Are the dolls the same size as a barbie. I’m redoing an old Sindy whose hair was hacked off by a child. That wig would be perfect. Take care sweetie xx
Just ordered it right from Amazon. Can’t recommend it though. Don’t know enough about wigs to know if it is actually got to use.
