Set the needle legnth speed etc as per your recommendation, numbing cream etc. However my face didn't even turn pink. Yours was pretty red. What did I do wrong?

We generally don't recommend BB Glow or sell any BB Glow products but for those of our customers that do buy the pen for this purpose, it's nano needling only. Definitely not for microneedling. We would recommend asking the manufacturer of your chosen BB Glow product :)

Hi I also use the femvy black head remover (round head) Can I do nano needling with the vit c+ hylauric acid serum right after that? Side note: i use the LED light (C4) after removing the black heads to calm my skin so there isn’t any redness afterwards
Hi there! As the blackhead remover and the nano needling both act as an exfoliant, we would recommend splitting these treatments out over two nights if you can. Blackhead remover one night followed by the LED light treatment (great choice!) and the next night go for the nano needling.
