He's doing very well. Congratulations. I have my Kosciusko Brumbys ( wild horses) one is pretty accepting of everything I do. Respectful, the other, a mare, is very aloof. Happy not to be touched at all but will come to feed, knows gates etc. I'm beginning to think some are not going to be one hundred percent accepting of humans. She's not nasty just does her own thing. He's a lovely boy, you're doing a great job
I can't seem to get my horse to flex under saddle. She just starts walking. Does fine on the ground. ? Bravo for using the hackamore! I'm big on bitless bridles. If the horse is trained correctly I don't think they're necessary. Can't wait for the next video!

It’s ok to feed this one cuz desperate times call for desperate measures 😂 I’ve watched the entire series so I get it 😂 but you did keep it in something not straight out of your hands. 😁👍👍 but it’s tested you to your very limits and you’ve rose to the challenge. 🙌🙌
You are doing great with him & so respectful of him. I have been through both dog obedience training & parrot training & good classes teach varying techniques because each animal is different. Less stress for you both if you need to use a food reward to catch him right now. Trust takes time. Love the environment you are in. That orange dirt gets in to everything, I have it here. Hey, there's nothing wrong with giving a little feed, as you said he's that one that's just different from the other horses you've worked wit so whatever it takes. And he seemed really at ease in the corral, calm and responding very well. Great job! The difference between this video and the one where he was a bucking Bronco is like night and day. I'm wondering, if he might have been feeling under the weather in that other video, maybe he just wasn't feeling well.
I am really really wondering what the first ride outside the round pen is going to look like. With his track record it could be rather interesting.....😐
