People in my town always said DARE meant, Drugs Are Really Educational, in regard to it teaching us to do drugs early so we learn from it educationally to not be dopeheads at an older age. XD And we loved when dude came cause he'd bring the modded Iroc-Z Camaro they confiscated XD, well some of us, i was more interested in the car than the drugs back then, then added drugs to my car addiction, then been clean 18 years now, besides pot, im high every day, but it's medical.
