Altra Lone Peak All-WTHR Shoes [thru-hiker review, weather resistant trail runners]

These Altra Lone Peak All-WTHR (all weather) trail runner shoes are designed for use in cold and wet conditions. Alex used the Lone Peak All-WTHR shoes on the Continental Divide Trail when he entered the infamous San Juan mountains. The San Juans are known to CDT hikers as the place where they will encounter lots of snow. It seemed like a good place to test out the shoe designs for cold and wet conditions.
