So interesting to hear how foreign languages get taught to kids. Growing up with German, I know the language is very difficult to learn when it comes to grammatics. But at least almost everything sounds the same no matter the context. The only real silent letter we have is the H, which has a purpase too. So you got some Germanic, some Romanic (like French) and even when the spoken language changed, you'd keep spelling things the old way.

Dinos evolved from Crocks. That's the latest iteration of the evolution of species. Birds evolved from small dinosaurs, much later on. Hundreds of species related to what we know as crocodiles were alive even before the continents formed. I seriously doubt many dinosaurs had any feathers early on.
My understanding is that recent fossil discoveries have confirmed that velociraptors (which are actually quite small, unlike what we see in the movies) had feathers. =)
@@TaigaTigressvelociraptors were pretty late to the dinosaur party, so that would still be consistent with early dinosaurs not having feathers. But i dunno whether they did or not. 😅

Jesse your love for bread just earned you +1000 reputation with the German people. The land of bread awaits you. Come and browse our UNESCO heritage. You will love it. Also good bread (depending on the type) should be crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. So I find the butt especially good with a bit of butter + cheese or jam.
POE2 advice for Jesse: First off the skills and classes are unbalanced at the moment, some abilities are just not feasible to level with and are outclassed by others. Hopefully by the end of early access with more skills and supports added and balance patches more skills are viable. With that disclaimer out of the way: 1. The most integral defence during campaign is elemental resistances, if you are getting 1 shot by a campaign boss's regular attacks chances are you have low resistance to whatever damage they're doing. Resistance on gear is good, runes can fill in some of the holes there, also can use charms if you're really struggling with a boss. 2. For attack users like monk and mercenary their damage scales a lot from their weapon which makes looking for weapon upgrades constantly essential. You can check the vendors in town and their inventory resets every time you level, that can help fill in gear needs 3. Generally speaking the strong leveling builds tend to exploit some combo of skills, many of the skills have been designed to be combod together, so one skill might electrocute enemies then the other does more damage to electrocuted enemies etc. So reading the skill descriptions and looking for those exploitable combos is the safest approach if you don't want to follow a build guide (which i dont think is as necessary as it was in POE1) I realise there's little chance Jesse actually reads this but maybe it'll help someone else lol, for reference I've got an ungodly number of hours in POE1 and POE2
Please believe me when I tell you that nobody wants backseating like this when they start playing any new game, least of all a streamer/youtuber, both Jesse and Dodger have complained and told horror stories about people who do this countless times in the past. Just let him play the game.
@@TheBolondron the main point of my post was the early portion tbh, because jesse was unsure if he was just bad at the game and the answer is no the game isn't balanced super well right now. In a game as complex as poe the tools available to make it easier can not be obvious, which is why jesse has had a particularly hard time getting through early acts. If he wants to struggle and figure things out on his own he can continue to do that, I'm not imposing anything on him by writing advice in a comment he can ignore. There might be other POE2 players who are struggling with the early game and find the advice helpful.
All of this sounds like regular gameplay understanding to me. Stuff you'll clock by reading what you have available. Though it is always surprising how many people just don't read text in games.
No chicken coop? -- nevermind heard the mention of a coop. Why isn't the coop warm enough for them? I am guessing it isn't heated which is normal but do you have any straw or whatever to put in there? You can get insulated coop and even do some minor heating like heat lamps etc
Path of Exile 2 is so much less frustrating and difficult vs PoE1. So damn good. I've tried to get into PoE1 since 2013, played a few hours a year until it just frustrated me to death. I have 200 hours in PoE2 and still haven't run into the same anxiety. It has issues with things being vague and the "early"(pre-L40) game being a bit dull in terms of available actually effective skills and combos. Currency drops are nonsensically low, at least for me. Monk is the fastest I've played, it's so easy. act1 was like 6 hours, act1+2 14h with a frost monk. I did have gear from my other characters (all sub-L40), so that helped.

Highly recommend watching "Castlevania" and its sequel series "Nocturne" (Season 2, Jan. 16 next week!)... Probably the greatest animated video game series, I've ever seen!
(Honorable mention: Secret Level episodes!)
YO it's the Geekend!
Oh hell yea, it's the weekend!
It's the Geekend!
The first 10 minutes was so entertaining while high
I've bought most of the Remedyverse games, maybe all of them up to Alan Wake 2. But I haven't played any. Perhaps Jesse's Magnum Opus will finally convince me to change that.
is it the weekend?
I'm guessing the chicken snatcher is probably a fox or a mink. The "rodent sized" hint in particual points at a mink.
i don't think jesse realized it, but Door isn't simply another word for Hatch, he is called WARLIN (door), which is MARTIN (hatch) upside down
Jesse your love for bread just earned you +1000 reputation with the German people. The land of bread awaits you. Come and browse our UNESCO heritage. You will love it.
Also good bread (depending on the type) should be crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. So I find the butt especially good with a bit of butter + cheese or jam.
POE2 advice for Jesse:
First off the skills and classes are unbalanced at the moment, some abilities are just not feasible to level with and are outclassed by others. Hopefully by the end of early access with more skills and supports added and balance patches more skills are viable. With that disclaimer out of the way:
You can check the vendors in town and their inventory resets every time you level, that can help fill in gear needs
3. Generally speaking the strong leveling builds tend to exploit some combo of skills, many of the skills have been designed to be combod together, so one skill might electrocute enemies then the other does more damage to electrocuted enemies etc. So reading the skill descriptions and looking for those exploitable combos is the safest approach if you don't want to follow a build guide (which i dont think is as necessary as it was in POE1)
I realise there's little chance Jesse actually reads this but maybe it'll help someone else lol, for reference I've got an ungodly number of hours in POE1 and POE2
Susan sort of rebounded to Namor when her and Reed were having a rough patch. It was fairly lopsided, as I remember.
As a German I feel I must say: That so called "bread" looks a lot like toast.
I'm so keen for more of the Remedyverse™
Yo, it's the WEEKEND!!!
LET'S GET THAT CHRISTMAS ALBUM
i come here from a tiktok youre in from that asian dude with long hair
Same 😂
Can't wait for the remedyverse video Jesse
The fires are so horrible. I also lost my insurance this year. Climate change is real and absolutely horrible.
The heel of a real bread with the extra crust is a huge premium feature. I'll always take a heel or a corner piece of baked goods for more edges.
On a fresh loaf, it's fine. Loaves of sandwich bread, the butts are there to absorb the moisture and get dried out so the rest of the loaf doesn't, and they're "only eat if you somehow mismatched during the rest of the loaf"
@@tymmezinniI would definitely suggest buying better bread/eating the crust earlier 😂
42:45 "Ooooh sometiiiimes, I gotta go pee pee".
*looks at title*
Look. Just because I only stopped playing because I got pneumonia doesn't mean I'm Addicted
It's Fairy Bread.. don't you dare come Down Under after us!!!
I don't think Dodger paid attention in phonics class cos "ah buh cuh duh" isn't right, you have to made the consonant sound without a vowel afterwards. It's "d" not "duh". They get told off for getting that wrong! 😂
I like bread ends
For the kids out there: Jennifer Lopez got her break on "In Living Color" as a Fly Girl dancer.
ramen on bread sounds like a very Japanese thing since they love just putting yakisoba into hot dog buns.
I wish I could re-play Quantum Break, but I can't get the TV-show parts to play.
Duo Christmas album OR... finishing another Life is strange playthrough. That will get more people. With respect.
