An analysis of internal party documents, social media data and covert recordings reveals how senior Labour officials used the party’s procedures to undermine support for Jeremy Corbyn and to silence debate about Israel’s treatment of Palestinians.
The files also show how pro-Israel groups ask the party to distance itself from the Boycott Divest and Sanctions campaign, a protest movement that seeks to end Israel’s occupation of Palestinian lands, and how - in response - the Jewish Board of Deputies was assured that Labour would “never accept attempts to exceptionalise and deligitimise Israel.”

This had me in tears. All of the corruption, hypocrisy, lies. The truth always comes to light but it’s always too late. The damage has been done. I’m glad Jeremy can clear his name of all of this but my heart still aches for the golden opportunity that was missed by this man not becoming PM. The Labour Party is no opposition to the Conservatives. They are all batting for the same team. A new party needs to be made, one that represents the majority of the people.

The antisemitic plot was the most useful tool used in order to bring down a figure that would be a threat to the establishment. No matter who you would vote they will always find a way to discredit or destroy him / her. It's all just a game in which you're given the illusion that you have the power to exercise your "free will" but there is no such thing. You are being shaped into a hopeful, obedient consumer willing to prolong and enforce the values of your society onto others and proliferate the rules of injustice that are meant to keep the ruling elite in power.

As an expelled member of the Labour Party for "Antisemitic" posts on Facebook (condemning Netanyahu and the Israeli forces of genocide against the Palestinians) I was aware of the move by Starmer to make trumped-up charges against socialist members in order to purge the party, but I am stunned by the criminal way in which they have acted. Surely they must be investigated for racism and for breaking just about every political and constitutional rule that there is. This is the way that fascist parties behave(d) It is quite chilling.

As a someone who became eligible to vote when I left school, it was Corbyn who got me interested and caring about politics and how important it can be to be honest and genuine. I never at any point bought into the mainstream narrative at all, anyone with any logical mind knows that Corbyn was and still is an enormous anti racist and humanitarian politician, so to see a documentary like this come out and blow all the doors down gives me so much hope.
I want to throw my arms around whoever green-lit these films!

The Labour Files is a brilliant film to watch to see the facts and the truth, how some members of the Labour Party friends of Israel, where very hostile and attacked Jeremy Corbyn and the members of the Labour Party and supporters of Jeremy Corbyn, acusing them of antisemitism without any evidence, just using misinformation, lies and defamation, and the misleading narrative used by the bbc and the mass media, were demonising and undermining the great work of one of the greatest leaders of the Labour Party Jeremy Corbyn, members of the Party and supporters of Jeremy corbyn.
Is very well known that Jeremy Corbyn has worked very hard against injustice to any one, against any kind of of racism including antisemitism.
If we live in a real democracy and if there justice in this world, those individuals who used difamation, who acused others of antisemitism without evidence, who intimidate attack others acusing them of antidemitism without evidence, must be investigated, hold accountable and punished, this horrific attack and defamation can not became normal.

It's quite sensible to back Israel if you're primarily concerned with Western imperial power and other such realpolitik, the equation only changes if you actually have real principles around things like human rights and don't just lip service it to look good.

Israeli terror gangs also murdered Churchill's best friend Lord Moyen Earl of Guinness, and Count Folk Bernadotte of Sweden, the man sent to the region by the UN to act as mediator in the Arab Israeli conflict. Count Bernadotte saved ten times more Jews from Hitler's death camps than did Oscar Schindler. And for his bravery and humanity towards the Jews, he was murdered by Jewish terror gangs.

He's been like this ever since Corbyn came on the scene. He called his election "a breath of fresh air". He's one of only a literal handful of journalists that has any integrity.
I have a lot of respect for Peter Oborne, even though I disagree with him politically. He took part in a documentary called We Are Many about the Iraq war where he holds his hands up and says he was wrong to support it and he didn’t see what others saw until it was too late. He also resigned from the Daily Telegraph because they wouldn’t let him publish his article criticising HSBC, a big donor to the paper. He’s a man with integrity.

@@antlerman7644 For an obvious one, calling out a description of someone "slithering down the street" as a self-evident racist comment. Calling someone a "snake" is a comment on their character and personality, not their skin color.
It's also false narrative to suggest that the anti-Semitism issue led to Labour's 2019 defeat, as this documentary does. Only a small percentage of voters named it as a reason for not voting Labour.

As a Brit, I was quite unimpressed by how this antisemitism was covered by our very right wing media, not least because at the time, the Conservative government had just been exposed for the Windrush scandal- the most racist scandal in recent history. Not downplaying antisemitism here- people who were brought here after WW2 were actually being discriminated against due to the colour of their skin. Losing decades of their lives yet the media thought this issue was more serious. Downright ridiculous.

I never understood why people refuse to say what's so blatantly obvious....why is a foreign country, and its agents, being allowed to interfere in elections, political discourse and openly target, smear and attack British citizens, on British soil? I recognise that voice. I've heard it when I've attended Free Palestine Events. He's a man who appears to have some sort of mh 'issue' but, he's always there among a very small but verbally abusive group of people waiving flags of Israel. They are particularly vile towards a group of Orthodox Jewish Gentlemen who always support these events in London.
I have heard a you tuber called Cooltools who sounds uncannily similar. He was most recently on the vent channel. People also call him Marshall.
That 'Mann' one got a seat in the Lords for his part in the downfall of socialism and Corbyn

A depressing revelation that had to be revealed.
Starmer is and always was a sleeper for the hard right imo. He has never shown any integrity nor interest in a genuine left, apart from his obvious lies to gain leadership role. I would categorise him to be as dangerous as Johnson and more so than Truss as she is a lightweight or as us Irish say, a five eight. As a Welsh resident I sincerely hope Welsh Labour breaks with England otherwise I fear for the future of Wales.
England you need a new party, a genuine party of the left. Again imo New Labour is beyond saving. As a supporter of Corbyn I had some hope up until 2018, it was then obvious that the ruthless English establishment were on the warpath. Us Irish have had hundreds of years of experience of these psychopaths. My grandfather died fighting for Irish freedom. They will win this war without a lot of courage and fortitude.

I am a british doctor of African background who was subjected to extensive british state bullying,harassments,threats including death ones,targeting by Mossad intelligence services in London for more than 4 years for my perseverance in shedding light on the topic of lebanese resistance defeating israeli occupation as well as the daily struggles of Palestinians living under apartheid rule including the crimes of the zionist state
I was subjected to all sorts of human rights violations,an intense campaign of daily intensive 24/7 cyber bullying and much more. All culminating into having my medical career illegally and unlawfully stripped away from me and thus an unable to practice anymore as a doctor
I want to tell the readers that despite the disgusting,corrupt,vile,vicious nature of what you have viewed in this documentary,the untold parts that is still uncovered which affect lives of pro-Palestinian activists like myself is much more horrific,criminal and brutal.
Thankfully for me,I come from a background of influential military and political and intellectual leaders in my original country and was blessed by god with strength,resilience and courage to push on and never ever surrender or succumb to the brutal oppression i was subjected to.
I also emphasise that despite the challenges and impact of the years long brutal british state (plus foreign intelligence services) bullying, It is one of the honours and glories of my life to confront these forces of evil with fearlessness,defiance,perseverance in my activism and much much more!

He was simultaneously a tree hugging hippy who would leave the country exposed to attack by getting rid of trident whilst also being a Czech spy who works for the ira and Palestine all the while riding on a "chairman mao" bike, whatever that is.
I tried to find a picture of mao riding a bike, but I couldn't, so it was obviously a racist dogwhistle to tie JCs politics in with some good old fashioned yellow peril/red scare propaganda

We've known this all along. If Israel hadn't torpedoed the Corbyn Labour Party, it is hard to imagine American interests allowing it to procede.

Just pure speculation but I've always believed if he was elected he would face a situation just like Gough Whitlam faced in Australia. Democracy has its limits in the West - certain things including genuine threats to the domination of capital over the working class or threats of removing support for the state of Israel makes you an enemy of the state in these countries.
All of their viscous rhetoric/actions were from the same toxic playbook used by US far right fascists.

if they successfully take away our right to criticize israel, then it's game over for the Palestinian people. The only reason why the conversation is on going is because people can criticize israel and we must all make sure we don't lose that.

I truly hope that something positive will come from this. Instead of allowing this to divide us, we must allow it to galvanise every single decent kind hearted compassionate person in the UK and across the World to unite and say No More to hatred and division. Our political system is without doubt wholly, irrecoverably broken. It therefore must be replaced with a new system that promotes equality and peace, embracing each other's gifts. We now know beyond all reasonable doubt there is no difference between the tories and Labour.
This should not galvanise us to look away. There is racism against black people in the Labour party. Where is the punishment for the people who committed these evil against innocent party members? Do you really want to brush it under the carpet? Nobody of colour should ever trust the Labour party under Kier Starmer's leadership. Are you really happy that Jeremy Corbyn was suspended . Are you? How would you find peace n reconciliation without standing on the side of truth?
We need to found a new party, a new Whiggs almost - rebelling against the establishment
As awful as the ruling right-wing faction of the labour party is, as evidenced by this series, I believe the Conservative party will continue to find ways to impress us with just how much worse they can manage to be. That said, in my opinion it's not worth throwing the labour party any more than perhaps your vote if you happen to live in a Lab/Con marginal seat. We need to build a movement outside the Labour party itself, otherwise the right-wing party bureaucracy will just silence us.
