What would you say is the optimal distance from the wall for every day use? And how do you adjust the distance after the tv is mounted? My base is impossible to move and i don’t want to push the tv too hard against the wall.
Awesome video. Thank you for the info. One question. We have a 65". It does say it is for that size but it is at the max range. Do you think it will be ok? It is an Oled very thin TV.
How far do you have to end it to move left and right though? Can't tell but I think the third one might the right one but everything I find requires the the tv to be extended too far.
I've heard that the long-arm mounts have issues with bending and sagging. What are your thoughts on this? Poor product or improper installation? If improper installation, what steps are they missing that's causing the issue?
If the mount is properly mounted in studs, then it is definitely the mount. Many years ago I had a single stud mount sag because it was poorly designed and could not handle the weight for which it was rated. However, the mount in the stud never budged. I’ve never had this issue with the mounts in the video. 👍🏼👍🏼 If the mount itself is ok, then I would say one of two things have happened. Either the wrong drill bit was used for the pilot holes and the lag bolts are pulling out of the wall, or the lags themselves are not properly tightened.
Great video man thank you for the good simple explanations :)
You’re welcome! Thanks for watching! 👍🏼
Good video man. I found your channel because of the Centipede table thing. Subscribed!
Thank you so much! I appreciate you. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Thank you. I purchased this and it works great
EXCELLENT!!!!!

Hi, great video sir. Best mount between this brand, pipishell or USX? TIA
IMHO, Mounting Dream. It’s the only brand I use because they’ve been so rock solid. The last 5 TV’s I’ve mounted are all this brand. 👍🏼
@@ReluctantDIYers Can you recommend a MD mount that fits up to 24” wall studs? Regards
Awesome info! Top Stuff thanks
@@lodestarsprayer5660 I’m so happy this was helpful!

As long as it’s within the size and weight limit, you should be ok. 👍🏼
@@ReluctantDIYers Smart answer. Your answer avoids stories that touch.
Not sure what you mean

The last one is the most flexible/versatile mount I’ve seen.
I just bought the mountain dream mount . Are the pull latch very loose or did I get a defect one ?
Which part of the mount are you referencing? The arms that move back and forth? The tilt of the mounting plate for the back of the TV?
Sir, what kind of mount should i buy if there is a beam on the wall?
Is this a vertical or horizontal beam? How wide is the beam? Is it wood or steel?
