Dealer might not be the best financial option, but sometimes it is just the better option.
Not riding it would also be a shame of such a bike.
yeah 100% agree and yeah im losing money on it but its not my main priority i just dont wanna deal with shady people and theres alot of those these days
It’s always hard, I still regret selling my aprilia RSV Mille but the Yamaha R1 I have is wayyy lighter and faster lol, but this r1 isn’t gonna stay that long as I will be getting a 2015+ soon

I feel your pain I am tossing around the idea of selling/trading my SMCR and it kinda makes me sick to my stomach thinking of it

I got the same bike around 6-7 months ago. Loving it. Then I slid on the road and destroyed turn signal, headlight and scratched my exhaust. It hurts so much. Am so in love with this bike. Tried other motorcycles and they just give me bad feeling. This one is like flying. Feels so comfortable.
People keep telling me that my body is all that matters, but I told them, I got this bike to keep it for a long time. I don't wanna change every year or so. This is good enough for me for everything I want it to be.

yeah people that say that obviously care about your wellbeing but they might not understand that motorcycles are more to us then just transportation methods!
i used to have the vance and hines twin slash for the suzuki M800 i loved the sound and look *warning it was very loud tho*
@@ZauxieMoto Ah, I've seen those as well and I know they are pretty loud. Do they have homologation done?
It's kinda sad that you sell it to a dealership that is gonna look to make money out of it instead of selling to someone that wants the bike
id rather not deal with people first of cause of social anxiety second because alot of bikes get stolen that way here and if something breaks after i sell it theyll come to me and it has an after market exhaust system on it so they will blame me for getting a future ticket
Curious did you try to sell it privately b4 going to dealership?
Idk about where u are but here in the states you basically always get more with private sales
i got 3k for it they will probably sell it for 4500/5000 but i dont want to deal with people alot of bikes here get stolen that way and if something breaks after it being sold theyll come to me ALSO it has an aftermarket system on it which is to loud so if they get tickets with it theyll come crying to me too no thanks

I guess your laws/rules for selling are diff there. Here all u gotta do is be sure to tell them bike is sold as is! Maybe sign a paper agreeing and then it is officially not your problem anymore
