Every time I pull the RAZR out of my pocket, I'm grateful anew. Thanks again for the excellent attention to detail (and the dogged determination in parts sourcing) it took to resurrect my favorite flip phone, Hugh!
Is there not a case for that phone? like i get that cases can be annoying with bigger phones but they can be VITAL in keeping a phone safe. I have a clone otterbox defender style case for my Galaxy S21 Ultra, it may not be an Otterbox but a similarly designed case is better than no case at all imo.
Thanks again to MrMobile for being apart of the video. Would love to make these kinds of videos a regular thing. If your favourite creator breaks their tech gadget, let them know to get in touch!

Superb job! well done Hugh. thoroughly enjoyed this video as I had seen the original video by Mr Mobile when he dropped this handset and couldn't get it repaired in NYC. I remember at the time thinking how this would have been a great project for you. Fantastic repair!
I was looking forward to this video when MrMobile mentioned he got his razr repaired by you! I thought "who else but Hugh?" Lol excellent work as always. If my razr ever breaks I'll likely come back to this.
This is what I predicted four months back when Hugh released the video of restoration of Galaxy Z Flip and I commented about the same in that video. Nice😊
It’s funny because I remember watching his video where he dropped the phone, and watching how happy he got as he got the phone back literally brand new is just so great. Love to see it.
Awesome job on a very unique repair in many ways from the phone itself to the parts supply chain. I can understand his liking for the phone that mimics a Star Trek communicator. 👍👍
I was so sad after he said you repaired his Razr. I looked out on your channel and "where is the video". Thankfully you did make one about it. Thanks for that
Remember when Michael sent JerryRigEverything his broken Google Pixel 2? God, I feel bad for Micheal and his luck with his phones 😂 Great video as always Hugh! 👍
This is one of, if not the most awesome colaborations i've seen on youtube. Awesome job Hugh, and so cool to see MrMobile happy with his repaired phone - that's what drives us RMA nerds
What an awesome video! As wholesome as this video is, I can’t help but think about the state of repair for consumers. Motorola probably doesn’t offer the rear glass nor display because they want $900+ from you, rather than you paying for a cheaper repair, and will go out of their way to make it as non economical as possible for consumers to get their phones fixed. Excellent work as usual. Here’s to our repairable future!
Been waiting for this to come out. Sounds very similar to the process Smoorez, a fellow Aussie phone repairer faced for 4G model. Nice to see you could get correct adhesive. To make the phone so thin, the front and black glass seam to be thin in comparison to most modern phones.
Mr Mobile is one of my favourite UA-camr….and you have now become one of them by repairing his mobile….this video was exciting….gave me goosebumps !!!!!!
Such a gorgeous phone... wish I knew these existed when I was phone shopping a month ago. Great idea to reach out to MrMobile to help get his baby working again, Hugh! Cheers!
There is no reason for this but I found this one of the most fascinating videos of a phone repair ever. I guess its cause this device isnt really seen in the wild.
