Tshepo's older Brother was my Math's teacher in primary and I was head boy so Big brother Godfrey brought him to the school on our farewell, I had an opportunity to team Tshepo dude gave a firm had shake and a lift in his silver grey golf 6 GTI.I remember that day is if it happened yesterday. #I am who I am because of the Maseko brothers I will remain forever grateful
This interview was so educational, I'm a 25 year old who doesn't have a child yet and I learnt a lot about how to be a parent and a lot of other things. Wow so educational. Love this podcast 🥺❤️🙏
i thank God i stumbled across this piece of content, especially on my road of completing my first year without drinking and smoking. clothing is also a drug
Well done!!! We are proud of you, I don't drink but I'm sure it's hard to stop. Live your life for you in a way that makes you get better quality of sleep!!!
When greatness and wisdom exist in the same person then phenomenal things happen. Thank you Mr Maseko. You are remarkable. You have made an indelible mark in people's lives. May your life be filled with all that your heart desires.
It saddens me when women says children can live without their fathers and fathers who are not ready or capable of fathering kids. The impact it is lifetime.
we watched SOUL BUDDYZ & DYNAMITE DIEPKLOOF DUDES & EMZINI WEZINTSIZWA & CITY SES'LA when we were GROWING UP WE WERE THOROUGHLY ENTERTAINED PEOPLE CAME IN TO BRAINWASH OUR TELEVISION & BRAINWASH OUR POPULATION We were THOROUGHLY ENTERTAINED BY THOSE SHOWS without nakedness & without too much makeup something broke in the system I TOTALLY AGREE WITH 💕PARSONS MATABANE💕

Thanx for teaching us about the values Thanx for teaching us about self love Thanx for teaching us the entertainment industry I respect you alot my brother Ur parents raised a powerful man
Yoh..... My love for Tshepo just went from 50 to a 100...... Like he spits facts... How I wish upcoming artists can watch it and really challenge the industry
I grew up watching this king but I never thought i would learn so much from him he just gave men and women a framework for raising a family❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥❤🔥
Bathong Tshepo your dad reminds me of my late granddad. I will make my 15yrs old son watch this hopefully he will take some notes as his dad decided to stay away Am loving this
My encounter with Tshepo Maseko was unfortunately under bad circumstances however I can attest that he is as kind as he comes across, his character does not change. This interview is so full of wisdom and insight that I am grateful for as a woman raising boys on my own. I do agree that children do as you do and not as you say, you have to be super intentional with your character and how show up for them every moment. I loved the story about your dad and how he taught you about value of money and not so much material things. Thank you both for such a powerful interview, these conversations around black families should be happening, thank you for this platform.
Hi David and the team :) Loved this so much! Your podcast is really enlightening and you get to have REAL conversations with your guests. The KFC and seeds analogy is so true…. We are a generation of instant gratification and that’s why even a podcast as great as yours isn’t as big as it should be. You are VALUE and our people are chasing PRICE. With all that said, the light always shines when it’s dark. Job well done❤
Tshepo Maseko wow I am totally blown away! Legendary! Respect earned deservedly so ! Im speechless.. You gave me a whole different view of selfworth, self respect , the importance of principles and values. THANK YOU
This is a powerful podcast. Tshepo shot the shots. 💪👏 Every life lesson he shared here, can be adopted by anyone & not only artists. In broader context, what he's trying to say is "as a person you must have a vision, focus & a strong support structure." Never go with the wind. Know yourself. Itsebe o le motho, gore o batla eng bophelong. I love this.
I can't unhear my mother telling the younger me that I was a doctor in the making. Even though I'm not a doctor, I approach stuff with that principal mind and it has helped me accomplish a lot that I'm satisfied with at the present moment and I'm still aiming for much more. Thank you Ntate Maseko
I'm speechless. Tshepo said everything I need to hear and I had to reflect reflect on what my boys are learning from me. I'm bleeding already I've messed up already.
This was the best interview ever, me and my husband always talk about this, alcoholism , Black dramas, hidden agendas against black people. South african media. Immortality.
Thank you for the great lessons Bra Tshepo, I have learned a lot from you. I pray that one day you will write a book on your upbringing, and the discipline that your father and your family have taught you. Many of us young men and women do not have good examples to follow and we are now parents raising the next generation. ... Thank you also to you bra David for setting up this platform, may the Lord bless the work of your hands. God bless you both richly.
Wow! What an educative interview this was. Bravo to Tshepo and David, I have learnt a lot about life, morals, value for money etc, I can't wait for the PART 2. Keep up the good work👏
When the UA-cam algorithm gets it right! I stumbled across part 2 and saw the mention of ISIDINGO which was my all time favorite soapie. I came here for part 1 and immediately subscribed to this channel.
Yoooh! What a killer episode. It's 3:20 am. I'm listening to complete wisdom. This episode just got me thinking about the shape of my life, like I immediately decided that I'm going to do more than what I'm currently doing with my life. Thanks very much King david🙏🏿
He is not lying! I once saw him drive an old car whose make I don’t even remember. It was in Kew in Jozi. He was his jolly self I knew I love him even more for being so realistic. Very simple guy but very mature.
This one of the best interviews on this show, Tshepo Maseko is a legend. Thanks David for bringing this legend, looking forward to part ✌🏿 I've learned a lot
The Psalm is actually not 113, but 133. "How good and pleasant it is when God's people live together in unity. It is like precious oil poured on the head, running down on the beard, running down on Aaron's beard, down on the collar of his robe. It is asil if the dew of Hermon were falling on Mount Zion. For there the Lord bestow his blessing, even life forevermore." This episode is a blessing to me, seeing that i grew up with an absent father, I have a son now, and I am being challenged to be a better Father to him.
From now on I will never ever undermine and disrespect artists ever again. My best friend is a Professional Pianist and I am glad that now I understand why he sometimes turn down gigs that are big.
The wisdom that Tshepo presents, out of this world. I am not in the entertainment industry but what I learned from wealth and power of knowledge he presents.👌
We truly need man like Tshepo teaching our sons and husbands every day. David, you are used by God to enlighten us. Thank you so much for these sessions, generational building conversations. We need to create more platforms like these to invite men like Tshepo to impart such wisdom to the man who are fathers now, fathers to come, and our sons. You are gem in this generation, and I thank God for the courage He has blessed you with to be true to yourself and to your truth. May God continue to bless you in your journey on this earth. King David you are blessed and a blessing to multitudes
This is amazing grootman , l can listen for days .gems after gems knowledge for days Tshepo Maseko for president . This is so far my best interview ‘l ve seen on Bra Dave.🙏🏼👏🏻🇩🇰
Bathong wee! We have LEGENDS in South Africa, stru! I've always loved Tshepo even on weekend Radio with Matshaba. He's awesome and we bless God for blessings such as Tshepo. David, you're doing GREAT!!! Thank you so much. Cherry on top is there are Part 2's. Just wow!!! ❤️❤️❤️ Stay blessed Tshepo!
I just had an insightful moment. While driving I said Nxxxn my 2 year old son asked me why am I saying that. I could not answer because I knew what I just said was wrong. So if I dont stop, that Nxxxn will continue to grow.
Wow. Thank you King David for bringing this legend on. I was possibly the biggest fan of Isidingo until their last show aired on March 12th 2020 because it was a classic soapie. This internet was fire and so informed. Thank you Rra Maseko for sharing your time and wisdom.
He nailed it on the alcohol issue, politicians and celebrities can change this narrative...they are the ones glorifying alcohol to our young people. Alcohol is targeting young people that have great jobs and can be assisting our nation move forward
King David, once again thank you for this platform. Not only are you documenting SA history but bringing forth so much knowledge and education through your guests. Here I've learnt the importance and role of a parent, how values we instill in our children will be benefiting them for life. How we should let kids be kids, irregardless of them being a star or what not cause at the end we are here to build and not only live in the moment
Listening through this session is like an extension of what my colleague usually says...this thing of glamourizing things that eat away at the fibre of society will get us nowhere, call things what they are and we stand a good chance of addressing the real issues that short-circuit great destinies.
This interview is really powerful you nailed it. I only knew the Actor not the Man but after listening to this I have been alerted to a few things as a Father which I will be more conscious of now. Thank you David with every Guest it gets better am hooked on your podcasts and radio show 👏🏻🙏🏼
Not a lot of artists have this wisdom I hope that they are surrounded by people that will guide them..working that hard and still not having anything is crazy. But I think we all need financial discipline
You are throwing powerful words, that are reminds us who we realy are ,because Wow copy cats lifestyles blinded us fully, and we ignore the real values that were instilled in us by our elders. I wish our young people could listen to this interviews,Huuu! Thank you King D!Tshepo Yeses o butshwitse mo tlhogong Modimo a go okeletse.
What an incredible interview. Abuti Tshepo is such a natural teacher. Absolutely came to love his father through the great story telling. Many gems in this interview but my biggest lesson here is that there is always a lesson to take away. We just need to be reflective. So happy to jump into part 2
Really enjoyed this episode had to come over and over again Tshepo Maseko this grootman is really open doesn't hit around the bush he opened up about the industry without being vile or name dropping and he really taught me a lot in this episode alone can't wait for part 2... Good to see the podcast getting about 100k views uyakhula Bra Dave
I had no idea that our South African celebrities or artists have so much gold to share with us... Thank you Mr David. There's a lot that we can learn as the youth from this interview... Very eye opening 🙏
am somehow in tears, all these values were instilled in me by my late grandad. Today my son doesn't have a father to instill anything in him. Absent fathers, please take a lesson home. Great show
I went and subscribed for this podcast after watching this. This is honestly one of the best interviews I've stumbled across thus far. It's all about the choices weake and understanding the value of money. The life values that Tshepo has adopted speak volumes. Thank you. This was liberating 🏵️

Well done!!! We are proud of you, I don't drink but I'm sure it's hard to stop. Live your life for you in a way that makes you get better quality of sleep!!!
That's the way to go, Boy!
Why did you stop?
Price vs Value.
Instant gratification.
Family Value.
Presence of a father in the family.
Morality!
Tshepo said a lot.
And spiritual too best interview
David is gifted at this thing, the way he seamlessly connect with his guests, and they vibrate on the same energy it shows. Just brilliant 👏
What is best about bro DVD is most of his interviews, you would believe he grew up with his guest, he knows how to create magic
And bakhuluma into enenqondo 🌚
This man was giving lessons from the first minute until the cursor reached the end 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
When greatness and wisdom exist in the same person then phenomenal things happen. Thank you Mr Maseko. You are remarkable. You have made an indelible mark in people's lives. May your life be filled with all that your heart desires.
Could listen to Tshepo the whole day.. Pearls of wisdom.. he is very conscious of the world around him..
The importance of having a present father......you can't replace it.
it its so sad BECAUSE now....... it seems dithing fathers & ditching kids is high fashion now
yoooh this hurts me
It saddens me when women says children can live without their fathers and fathers who are not ready or capable of fathering kids. The impact it is lifetime.
But it is true though a present and damaged father is worse then an absent father!!
we watched SOUL BUDDYZ & DYNAMITE DIEPKLOOF DUDES
& EMZINI WEZINTSIZWA & CITY SES'LA when we were GROWING UP
WE WERE THOROUGHLY ENTERTAINED
PEOPLE CAME IN TO BRAINWASH OUR TELEVISION & BRAINWASH OUR POPULATION
We were THOROUGHLY ENTERTAINED BY THOSE SHOWS without nakedness & without too much makeup
something broke in the system
I TOTALLY AGREE WITH 💕PARSONS MATABANE💕
Gems, Gems, Gems from 00:00:00-02:14:28 this interview is so raw... can we get 1M+ viewers.

This episode didnt have to end🤥🥲🥲 how i wish it can go viral so that the youth and everyone who think they have lost their value ,they can reflect ....David your work is remarkable ,i cant wait for part2💯❣!!!
