Actually, it's the same one, but mixed with another one. I didn't add it to the video since it would make it much longer. I will still Upload those presets as well, for you. Just add them in between the gaps of text (hard to explain, but yeah) - (it's just an anim of text's scale going down), it just makes the animation look a bit better.

No plug in needed, you can use the auto transcription feature in the latest versions of premiere pro.... upgrade them to a graphics layer and apply this preset to it! Welcome!
I mean You can use this preset on images, and you can also adjust the speed by simply moving the Key frames further or closer. About the chill shake effect, You could use one of my shakes, they are on my channel... But I think I used something else here, I don't really remember :( sorry...
That easy to fix, Just make the text in the middle an add the effect (the animation will be fine), and after that, right click and nest it and move it wherever you want! It's explained in This video: ua-cam.com/video/3GsrtnauF1w/v-deo.html

A tip: instead of doing duplicate of text for each word, simply make 1 text, make it longer for the whole clip, then start cutting and change text

It's done by smoothing the key frame using graph editor
