I hope you don't mind me saying that: 1. You are beautiful, lovely, funny, and fucking amazing! 2. With all you do and the number of plates you spin, it's normal to feel fed up, anxious and overwhelmed sometimes; it will always pass. 3. Keep being you. I don't read the books that you do but watching and listening to you and your enthusiasm for reading makes me want to read more (currently reading The Crimson Petal And The White by Michel Faber. Take a look cos it's brilliant) 4. If you're ever feeling a bit shit, listen to Tomorrow sung by Marisha Wallace. You're feel a whole lot better. Hope you have a lovely Easter weekend x

I just read Garden Spells and it was... a little unexpected. I don't know what I was expecting I guess, but I didn't realise it would be so 'adult', there are a few dark or odd moments.
It's also set in summer and also talking about the heat, ice cream, sunshine etc so summer may be a better time to read if you like to read seasonally :)
Your cosy reading vlog is so wonderful.
I would love to hear some underrated recommendations from you! And I think there is no such thing as to many cosy books.

Ahh amsterdam is always beautiful, but whenever it's sunny I'm just hit with the deepest love for it lol!! And I'm not even a warm weather girly 😭 there's just something about the lightning and the blue sky behind the colourful buildings

🐝 I have a lot of thoughts on what you said in your video about negative anxiety vs being a positive person etc but I don’t know what really to say other than you’re not alone, you’re doing an amazing job, and it’s great you’re doing what you need to do to take care of yourself 🌸 bad days aren’t fun
