Had to use your East India masala substitute. The combination of chilli, smoked paprika and roasted cumin has a very mexican taste to it. Was an absolutely lovely curry. Had it with a lightly spiced pumpkin and bak choy in a gravy, I use a small amout of the masala mix in with the pumpkin as well just to bring the whole dinner together.
