  • Breath is very important, a beneficial tool to control emotions and the mind. It is inevitable to stir up emotions and experience different feelings in the body, I believe its important to feel the emotions but control them and not let them control you. When someone is angry if they cannot control the emotion it can turn into rage and violence. In my opinion teaching breathing exercises and meditation will benefit the whole of society and create a safer space to live. Join me for this meditation which involves a breathing exercise called 'breath of fire', also know as Kapalabhati or Bhastrika.
