Got extremely lucky grinding for her 2nd round, love playing her after checking this vid out. She ties in nicely with some of my favourite champs (Elsa, Tigra etc). Timing the power steal and unblockable abilities for maximum impact will take some practising.

Nah, that wouldn't be related. It's also very unlikely to change. Animations are much more baked in than abilities. And not every character needs to be able to heavy spam. We don't consider that an essential
So as you are talking this is a vibe I’m getting. Whoever designed her was not only creative, but seemed to be thinking in every design decision how to make her effective but not too effective. I’m not spoiling this for community because MSD did a video. On winter soldier him not throwing an sp3. BUT it wasn’t fast, was kind of boring. I wish she was a bit more OP 😂 But playing mine and hearing DLL, really really well thought out. Effective but also checks and balances. Wow. That’s a lot of thought. Question DLL. She’s smooth to play. So is Moondragon. Oh my gosh she is. How come I can intercept with some champs better than others? Some seem smoother than others? Is that animation coding? How does that happen? Would you control that for your champs? Same device. Same me, and I can intercept easier with some than others. Is that a design team thing? Something you or the others think about? Code for with intent? A different team? An animations team?
It's not really something we intentionally design just given how the animation process works, but yeah, it has to do with the reach and speed different characters have with their M1 and L1 animations. Some characters are just smoother for it. Moondragon is a great example. And yeah, White Tiger is definitely an intentional design with some powerful tools.
Man with all these new Amazing monthly champs if i can't pull the 7* from Early Access bundles i need more r4-r5 gems for 6* its incredibly hard to rank up these new 6* and use my 7* resources on them i hope we can get more Gems in the future its hard choosing to r2 a 7* or r5 a new 6*.😊

Meaning if she tried to heavy counter she can easily be hit by ai with L and M. She cannot also timely heavy spam in corner even 2 or 3 times in a row
