Nice! I do almost this exact recipe except I also add paprika, a little Worcestershire sauce and a few drops of liquid smoke. Then I use wide egg noodles instead of rice. I also season not only the broth, but the chicken as well so it has plenty of flavor. I also like to add some shredded cheddar cheese.
She didn't say low or high and that liquid is too watery.Beef broth is better.This would be just as good with cream cheese.I would dump this on top of egg noodles or rice.

The lid in the video literally has a hole for that purpose. It gets pushed open if pressure gets too high.
I have this same crock pot and it clearly states in the booklet NOT to lock it while cooking.
