Paternity Court is crazy show sometimes. Some people just don’t appreciate the blessings they have. My spouse and I have been trying for children for 7 years, we’ve had 3 miscarriages, the latest miscarriage was two months ago, second trimester. I wish we could have children.
Some of these people on this show are blessed with so many children but leave them to grow up without a parent. They don’t value or appreciate the fact they’ve been blessed. If I could adopt all of them, I would.

I feel sorry for the first guy. He seems like a good guy who wants to do right by his family, and he's married to a cheater. His level of frustration is high and she doesn't seem smart enough to know that she's destroying her whole family. She had the third baby to avoid going to school or working. The guy better learn about birth control, because it's also his responsibility.

She cheated, that’s totally wrong for sure but the reason why she did that was he says horrible things to her, be little her and accuses her for cheating, never trusted her when she was faithful. She just made the wrong decision from there, she decided to validate his insecurities and go on cheating. If he was a good man like he claim he is, this would’ve never happened. He has his responsibilities on this, he pushed her to cheat on him by mentally abusing her kind of. They are both wrong in this. He is a manipulator and she is not that better than him.

And her oldest is 3 meaning she conceived at the age of 15, really sad.

I don’t understand this judge it’s as if she believes that a man should just accept bad behavior from all of these women, when there are consequences for potentially having a child from an extra marital affair with these out of pocket females. How can a man be committed to a new born child if he is not 💯% sure that the child is his biologically?! So the extra affection and bounding to a child is truly difficult for a man who’s been betrayed. Stop cheating on your husband and there wouldn’t be any accusations of infidelity in the marriage.

@@whitneywilliams317 it doesn’t exist. In some states men have up to two years to contest paternity but no law exist to have a mandatory dna test. As a matter of fact, it’s illegal. You have to have consent of the parents to do so.

They planned the pregnancy.

No, Judge Lake. Their relationship was already on the rocks since 4 years ago before the baby was born. This was due to Mister defendant of Case 1's distrust over his wife the plaintiff eversince.
My daughter and son-in-law adopted a newborn. She is Mommy and that is her daughter. I can't imagine Treating child differently (like some of these people do). I take my granddaughter with me all the time. I still call her babygirl even though she's now 8 years old, her nickname. She calls me opa. She's a wonderful granddaughter.
This whole idea of 'I don't know if she's mine, I won't to treat them good'. There's something wrong with some people. Who does that to a child.
