My ex-husband claimed "we were on a break" whenever he cheated on me. The funny part is he never told me we were on a break before he cheated. If someone says "on a break" it's just an excuse to go play around outside their relationship.

1st case. I did an at home DNA test before. I don´t know how you can mess it up. All you have to do is fill out the paperwork. Swab the baby for about 15 seconds, swab the father. Let the swabs dry. Put them in the plastic bags and turn them in. I mean...how do you mess that up?

Not sending them in on time. The samples can become corrupt or useless very quickly. Those tests aren't done by forensic labs like police use.

The first case has lasted that long because each of the women thinks if they leave, the other will have won. And if one of them leaves, the other will not tolerate the man for sure.
At the end of the day, even after those results, the relationship with the plaintiff is on.

You dont take a break from a relationship. Youre committed or youre not. If you need sometime apart ,alone time that isnt a break up, go cheat card until youre ready to recommit. It means take a few days by yourselves to work on yourselves and decide whether to continue the relationship or not. If not then formerly end it. Once a spouse has gone outside of the relationship, the trust is gone,the relationship will NEVER be whole or complete again. Its finished.

Some of these boys (they are not men) are all in at the beginning for the excitement of the birth, etc. But then when reality sinks in that this is 18 plus years of hard work, time and $$$, suddenly the idea of being a daddy isn't so romantic. I was scrolling and wondering whether I was the only one who found that comment from the judge rather inappropriate. Clearly the young lady has been giving 'access' to someone else long before the 26th, assuming that's even true. If she only met someone after the 19th and slept with them on the 26th that's speaks a lot. So she's either lying about the extent of her relationship with Mr 26th else, or has been lying to herself because she wants Mr. Hadley to be the father as he seems like a good guy. The fact is that both women have the control over what they allow him to do. And he will do whatever they allow him to. He isn't blameless but they have an equal responsibility to 'stop' as much as he does, judge. At the end of the day, it's women who get pregnant, not men. So no, judge, don't direct the blame to Mr. Hadley only...

Clearly it was to stir trouble with her competitor. Taking pics of him and the kid and all because the guy happens to be decent enough to look after a kid he had doubts about. She just wants to 'win' him over the next lady...you don't take a home test if you have no doubt, so go sit down girl. And judge, be a judge and not a woman, that isn't the place for feminist comments and man blaming...the women are equally accountable, and maybe even more so, as he does as they allow him to.
Also when she repeated that anything could go wrong with the home test like she was overcompensating making me think she messed it up purposefully

2nd case: That guy is crying because he doesn´t see himself in the child. Well, my son looks absolutely nothing like me or anyone in my family...so I got a DNA test too and he´s mine. Still, two years going on 3 and he still looks nothing like me.
My ex claimed our youngest wasn't his because he looked too much like a "Mexican". At birth and most of his childhood, he looked like me, I am Italian and Latina. Now that our youngest is an adult he looks more like his father but with my complexion.

The second case guy is obviously of mixed heritage. What did he expect with a white lady as the mother? Kids are going to take 50% from you and 50% from the mother and get a baby. It’s not always the 50% we see. Sometimes they pull more from one grandparent than another grandparent. He said step father but does the kid maybe look like his dad? DNA is an enigma.

its hard to explain but like skin colour is someones most noticeable feature so if she (a pale woman) were to cheat with someone also pale the baby would turn out to have the same skin colour as the two parents idk if that makes sense hopefully u get were im coming from

Case 1 - Why is the judge having a go at the man who the lady strictly claimed he was the father. The judge blames him just because the lady lets him come and go into whenever he pleases, although it takes too to tango! Instead of accepting that he may not be the father, she insisted that he was the only possibility. The judge was wrong this time.

Children can inherit features from both sides. Sometimes more features from one side more than the other. Someone I used to know looks nothing like her brothers. Her mom is indigenous and her father is a redheaded Scottish man. Her 3 brothers all are dark brown haired and dark brown eyed with tan skin. She, on the other hand, has platinum blonde hair and blue eyes (I’ve seen a pic of her dad and she has his features). Sometimes features can lay dormant and will show up in a later generation. It just happens.
