Mate I’ve played career mode all my life ,enjoyed the graphics this year but thought the standard gameplay has been to easy. I started a hibs career mode today and I’m absulutely loving it the game play is phenomenal. Had to change from manual to assisted and its still class. Completely changed my experience with this game and after these sliders it has the potential to be one of the best career modes I’ve done since like fifa 15

Oh my god… this may sound dramatic but the fifa (I will never stop calling it fifa) franchise has been very sentimental to me since I was a child and today I had a real moment of despair as It feels like career mode is getting gradually worse every year and it really got to me today It hurt a lot to realise I was getting no enjoyment out of it anymore and I was considering quitting the game completely. In desperation I started googling for solutions and stumbled across a reddit forum that mentioned sliders and then went to youtube and immediately found your playlist. Well as my last hope I adjusted the sliders to the settings you recommended in this video and within seconds of going into a game I was completely overjoyed at how realistic the game felt but more importantly how FUN the game felt. I spent the rest of my day having the most fun on fifa EVER, even more so than 10 years or so ago when my favourite games were out. You have no idea how grateful I am for your help, you’re doing something truly wonderful for the community. Thank you so much!

Unfortunatly these sliders don't work at normal kickoff mode :( I tried some games there and it is just the same fully scripted bs as always on legendary where u have not the hell of a chance with FUMA controls Big Shoutout to these prank morons of €A Sports "programming" different gameplay for every single game mode. Could you do sliders for a harder world class difficulty? I feel there's more variety of attacks etc on world class than there is on legendary, but at the same time world class is too easy 🤣 keep up the good work!
Making the following changes to the CPU sliders on World Class: Shot Speed +2 Pass Speed +2 Marking +4 Run Frequency +10 First Touch Control Error -50 And the following changes to the USER sliders: Shot Speed -2 Pass Speed -2 Marking -1 Run Frequency -5 First Touch Control Error +49 See where that gets you and keep increasing/decreasing if it’s still not hard enough.
amazing slider! I’m playing on assisted setting with ultimate difficulty, it’s been the most fluid slider so far with the latest update from FC24. I lost to Man City but at least the gameplay was so realistic and fluid. I was using OS Sliders previously but I think that slider has been very outdated, this is the shit! Thanks!
I have to give you massive thanks for this video. I watched a bunch of fc24 realistic settings videos but this one is truly the best. It feels so good. I've been watching euro 2024 and it's amazing how close the game is now to the real thing. Unfortunately the difficulty increase from world class to legendary is way too high while world class is too easy. The sliders allow for adjusting the difficulty, but I still find world class too easy and legendary too difficult sometimes. I would like EA to introduce a little random factor or difficulty changes in career mode. Home matches should be easier because of fan support, important matches like semi finals harder and a club like Bayern Munich should play significantly better than Schalke. It's weird when a third league club does the same moves as Bayern Munich on legendary.

@@LAMBZYSPORTS Yea. The problem with dynamic difficulty now is that it actually isn't dynamic. It's the same scripted sh*t for every club in every match. Every match feels the same. What I want is starker differences between top clubs and small clubs in terms of dribbling and intelligence and some differences in performance depending on different factors that can be optional so people who don't want that can turn it off. Makes it more real though. I simply lose the fun over time in career mode because either I win every match in world class or lose it on legendary. I want to win and lose some matches too.
The old sliders it was impossible to defend bc players felt like they had negative speed. Attacking was very nice. In this one the defending is finally possible again and attacking is fairly hard ngl. Good job on those sliders!
Now i'm facing a problem. It feels like the players are running at the same speed as in utm or even faster it feels like a bug maybe you know more. Also the last 2 games I experienced like 4 or 5 of my players dropping down to 30 stamina at the end. Usually high stamine players don't go below 50. I hope there's a way to fix it because it is not fun :(

They won’t necessarily work on Ultimate as I never test on that difficulty. Ultimate makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 OVR which greatly reduces diversity between teams so I stay away from it completely.

Use the assisted version if you play with assists on. Standard version if you play full manual. Legendary is recommended but you can use them on world class too.
Yeah you’ll need to raise run frequency significantly. That’ll be the main thing but you might also want to increase pass and shot speed and lower the error values.
First I want to say your slider settings are very good .I am using semi on passes but on shoot I use manual .Can I use assisted version settings with your standard setting's shoot speed and shoot error settings and I play 4 minute for one half do I need change something?
Yeah I would use the assisted values for pass speed and pass error. You might also want to increase run frequency for both teams to make up for the shorter halves.
This is my first FIFA. I started a career mode save on professional but it was too easy so I switched to world class. Safe to say I got absolutely battered by the ai 😭. What would you recommend changing on the assisted sliders to make it a tad more difficult. Also I play on 3 minute halfs because I don't have the time.
Professional difficulty and 3 minute halves with assists would basically require a whole new slider set. You can either go to Operation Sports and try to find something there, or just stick it out on World Class until you can handle it. You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll get better at the game, especially if you’re brand new to it.

But I do feel that my players miss really, and I mean really easy chances, be it 1v1 or an open net. Any recommendations. I'm really enjoying my save thanks to these sliders Edit: I've also noticed the power bar is too high for me personally. I sometimes sky the ball or hit the ball top bins without trying 😭

Im playing assisted on legendery, getting tough time here. Very hard to attack, feeling like every team i play against is prime Barcelona blocking any way of passing. Plus it sooo hard to play with skill based players like musiala for example, im trying to dribble past players and its impossible. Any suggestions? Lowering the difficulty to world class?
Yeah definitely don’t be afraid to drop down a level. That’s where I’d start. Then if that’s too easy we can think about slider adjustments to make WC harder or Legendary easier.

You can reduce Run Frequency if there are too many chances being created each game. You can reduce Shot Speed if there are a good number of chances per game but too many are going in. Also play on full manual if you don’t already.
Well the obvious suggestion would be to lower injury severity but are they actually getting injured? Or are they just picking up a knock and running it off?
I like to play carrer mode on tactical view and let the cpu play against the cpu. Will these sliders work well? I’ve tried them but I feel my team is way more creative than the opposition

Are you playing full manual or using assisted? You can definitely up the difficulty. I don’t like to use Ultimate because it makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 OVR so teams and players all feel too similar imo. If legendary is too easy, switch to full manual if you haven’t already. If you’re already on full manual then up it to Ultimate. I can give you sliders to tweak if it’s still too easy then.

If you’re getting too many goal scoring opportunities per game - reduce Run Frequency. If you’re getting a good number of opportunities per game but it’s too easy to score - reduce Shot Speed.
You'd have to tell me. I never use Ultimate because it makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 OVR, and my sliders are always designed for realism rather than difficulty.
@@LAMBZYSPORTS me personally, I find it more realistic the way the CPU defends on ultimate, specially with competitor on but I see what you’re saying, everyone becomes a Neymar on offense doesn’t matter if you’re playing Brentford (not offense to Brentford) which makes it odd and unrealistic but at the same time I like the way I have to figure out how to create a chance against the competitor CPU, is there a way to move the sliders so attacking becomes more challenging with legendary difficulty?
it always is...with every ea game :D i remember nhl 23 coming out and i was like, wau they finally changed something and the game feels great, they destroyed it through the first patch in first month - since then it was unplayable...
Haha yeah it definitely does! Whack it way up and it’ll turn into a basketball match. You can only neuter the forward runs so much though. There are diminishing returns the more you lower it.
Okay, maybe someone can answer me one question: I am a player career player. Is the AI of my team using the "my team" sliders or the CPU sliders, too? I was never really able to answer this, maybe someone as you have some info for me 😅 I am still looking for good slider settings. Had some pretty unrealistic and wild games, and I think EAFC24 could be quite....okay (for a free game), but not with the standard sliders...
The USER sliders apply to your AI teammates in Player Career Mode, as well as in Tactical View in Manager Career Mode. I have a specific Tactical View/Player Career Mode sliders video on the channel 👍
@@LAMBZYSPORTS great, thanks a lot. I am using your standard version of the sliders of this video, and wow...I already had custom slider settings, and this felt so...slow and buggy. Attackers went through the defense like my DEF is sitting in wheelchairs, ending with a complete wild 6:1 in the cup. Like wtf? Now I had 2 matches with Bremen against Leverkusen and Gladbach with your slider settings and....wow. The teams were pretty even, the gameplay felt nearly realistic in terms of passing and shot (accuracy), speed and technique. Chefs kiss, mate! 👌 Next one is against Bayern, so that will be the ultimate test for your slider settings 😜 But right now EAFC24 is finally pretty fun, apart from the general lack of features (like a winter transfer or loan transfer for my pro).
The main problem I see is that the CPU when attacking there are actions that sometimes stay stopped and do not shoot until after a few seconds, as if the doll remains blocked and I think it is because of the Sprint speed. Being so low, I don't know if you has happened to you
It leads to breakdowns in the structure of the defensive line and it causes players to jockey and shuffle instead of sprint, again particularly along the back line.
The only advice I can really give is make sure you’re comfortable with the power bar value to power up your passes. Other than that it’s just practise! Drop the difficulty one level whilst you get used to it if you need to.
So I do a tac view career mode and with legendary and default game speed . Dunno what it is but they cross the ball with direct passing on and the footy and goals are quality . Some 0-0 1-0 and one was 3-3. Love it. I will add do I play with 53 acce both and it feels n looks smooth

@@LAMBZYSPORTS Hey I tried this but it didn't worked. Also I noticed something that in my game sliders don't work at all. As I tried to make CPU acceleration to 0 to check if sliders even work at all and that fun fact is still they had pace to attack while I was defending.
You can try them - I’ve had some decent feedback from people who use them for tactical view. I do have a specific tactical view set on the channel too though.
@@LAMBZYSPORTS I have a thing for historically big clubs that are stuck in mediocrity or even worse. Preferably not from Germany though, already played a lot of career mode with German clubs
@yannikbaursch3628 Haha as soon as I started reading I thought of like 4 Bundesliga 2 clubs you could use. Sampdoria are a great shout. Pretty big club stuck in mid table in Serie B and have Andrea Pirlo as manager. Lots of potential there. Nottingham Forest and Leeds in England both used to be massive clubs with lots of success. I guess LA Galaxy are as big as it gets in the MLS and haven’t been good for a while.
Also play a formation with two CDMs if you don’t already. Alternatively, if you play a 3/5 at the back formation, set your RCB and LCB to ‘Step Up’ in the player instructions.

Yeah I would use the assisted values for pass speed and pass error. You might also want to increase run frequency for both teams to make up for the shorter halves.

This is my first FIFA. I started a career mode save on professional but it was too easy so I switched to world class. Safe to say I got absolutely battered by the ai 😭. What would you recommend changing on the assisted sliders to make it a tad more difficult. Also I play on 3 minute halfs because I don't have the time.
Professional difficulty and 3 minute halves with assists would basically require a whole new slider set.
You can either go to Operation Sports and try to find something there, or just stick it out on World Class until you can handle it. You’d be surprised how quickly you’ll get better at the game, especially if you’re brand new to it.

Edit: I've also noticed the power bar is too high for me personally. I sometimes sky the ball or hit the ball top bins without trying 😭

I recommend Legendary. Ultimate makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 overall so they all play basically the same.

Im playing assisted on legendery, getting tough time here. Very hard to attack, feeling like every team i play against is prime Barcelona blocking any way of passing. Plus it sooo hard to play with skill based players like musiala for example, im trying to dribble past players and its impossible. Any suggestions? Lowering the difficulty to world class?
Yeah definitely don’t be afraid to drop down a level. That’s where I’d start. Then if that’s too easy we can think about slider adjustments to make WC harder or Legendary easier.

Yeah I would recommend the assisted version. You can put USER Acceleration back at 50 and CPU Sprint Speed back at 5.
The “harder settings” are actually easier than your standard ones

What do you mean exactly? You can adjust the other values but the injury values are greyed out?

You can reduce Run Frequency if there are too many chances being created each game.
You can reduce Shot Speed if there are a good number of chances per game but too many are going in.
Also play on full manual if you don’t already.
When you set gameplay speed at slow then do the sliders adjust automatically?
No it just slows the overall speed of the game down.

Quick question : Why not ultimate difficulty? Is it a difference between Legendary and Ultimate?
Ultimate difficulty makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 overall, which obviously negates the differences between good and bad players/teams.
Tried these sliders and the Gameplays great once you get used to it i just won 7-0 tho should i up it to Ultimate and can i leave the sliders the same if i do?

You can definitely up the difficulty. I don’t like to use Ultimate because it makes everyone on the CPU team a 99 OVR so teams and players all feel too similar imo.
If legendary is too easy, switch to full manual if you haven’t already. If you’re already on full manual then up it to Ultimate. I can give you sliders to tweak if it’s still too easy then.

If you’re getting too many goal scoring opportunities per game - reduce Run Frequency.
If you’re getting a good number of opportunities per game but it’s too easy to score - reduce Shot Speed.

@@LAMBZYSPORTS me personally, I find it more realistic the way the CPU defends on ultimate, specially with competitor on but I see what you’re saying, everyone becomes a Neymar on offense doesn’t matter if you’re playing Brentford (not offense to Brentford) which makes it odd and unrealistic but at the same time I like the way I have to figure out how to create a chance against the competitor CPU, is there a way to move the sliders so attacking becomes more challenging with legendary difficulty?
Did EA patch again? Because with these sliders in Career I keep winning games 9-0 all of a sudden and have had to now turn up the difficulty.

Haha yeah it definitely does! Whack it way up and it’ll turn into a basketball match. You can only neuter the forward runs so much though. There are diminishing returns the more you lower it.

The USER sliders apply to your AI teammates in Player Career Mode, as well as in Tactical View in Manager Career Mode.

Attackers went through the defense like my DEF is sitting in wheelchairs, ending with a complete wild 6:1 in the cup. Like wtf?
Now I had 2 matches with Bremen against Leverkusen and Gladbach with your slider settings and....wow. The teams were pretty even, the gameplay felt nearly realistic in terms of passing and shot (accuracy), speed and technique.

Next one is against Bayern, so that will be the ultimate test for your slider settings 😜
But right now EAFC24 is finally pretty fun, apart from the general lack of features (like a winter transfer or loan transfer for my pro).

The main problem I see is that the CPU when attacking there are actions that sometimes stay stopped and do not shoot until after a few seconds, as if the doll remains blocked and I think it is because of the Sprint speed. Being so low, I don't know if you has happened to you
I can't say I've seen this myself but it may well be to do with Sprint Speed. Feel free to raise it and see if the problem disappears.

why exactly default game speed isnt negotiable? which problems does slower game speed cause?
It leads to breakdowns in the structure of the defensive line and it causes players to jockey and shuffle instead of sprint, again particularly along the back line.

The only advice I can really give is make sure you’re comfortable with the power bar value to power up your passes. Other than that it’s just practise!
Drop the difficulty one level whilst you get used to it if you need to.

So I do a tac view career mode and with legendary and default game speed . Dunno what it is but they cross the ball with direct passing on and the footy and goals are quality . Some 0-0 1-0 and one was 3-3. Love it. I will add do I play with 53 acce both and it feels n looks smooth
Good to hear! Just be careful with raising Acceleration as it causes players to fatigue quicker.

Yeah just take the Pass and Shot Error values from the Assisted set, add them to the Harder set, and you should be good.

Also I noticed something that in my game sliders don't work at all. As I tried to make CPU acceleration to 0 to check if sliders even work at all and that fun fact is still they had pace to attack while I was defending.

You’d need to make a lot of changes. You’re probably better off going to Operation Sports as I think there are some shorter halves sets there.
Only thing i would argue with is shot error on assisted as i missed like 8 tap ins/sitters

Sampdoria are a great shout. Pretty big club stuck in mid table in Serie B and have Andrea Pirlo as manager. Lots of potential there.
Nottingham Forest and Leeds in England both used to be massive clubs with lots of success.
I guess LA Galaxy are as big as it gets in the MLS and haven’t been good for a while.

Increase the defensive height in your tactics
Also play a formation with two CDMs if you don’t already. Alternatively, if you play a 3/5 at the back formation, set your RCB and LCB to ‘Step Up’ in the player instructions.
