That made me hungry for Mexican food. Yum! I like the idea of queso taco shell, but those looked a bit too dark for me, but I hope they didn't taste burnt. And bravo to you about the onion rings combined with carne asada. I probably would have eaten those first. LOL I don't generally eat onion rings with catsup (ketchup, whichever spelling you like), I like it with salsa, so this looked great to me! I was a little confused by the drink she gave you towards the end. When you were with your dad you called it marzipan, but that's made with almond meal & honey. This was made with peanuts, is that correct? Either way, it looked interesting, and if it had a mild peanut taste, I think I'd like that, but I'd want her to add some chocolate chips (they get ground up into tiny pieces of chocolate), or add some chocolate syrup to it, like a liquid Reese's peanut butter cup. McD's makes a chocolate chip frappe (no peanut butter) but that's where I got the idea. Haha Funnel cake looked delicious, with fresh strawberries and freshly made whipped cream. Wow! Happy your dad could join in for a few minutes. Great video!
