You my friend were not wrong about Tirsa’s. I watched this video a couple months ago and vowed to go check this place out. Well, today was that day. My wife and I had the flaming hot sope, corny bowl, biria taco and the torta. Not only did everything look delicious but it tasted even better! We spoke with Tirsa and told her we came because of you and that we would be coming back very soon. We live in LA and will be checking out a few other places I’ve seen you recommend for sure. 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻 Oh and I forgot to mention that as we were leaving I had to order their California burrito to eat in the car. Even though I was full I couldn’t help but eat the entire burrito. Sofa king delicious!

By the looks of it that's around 12lbs give or take a pound. I just watched your Smoking rib challenge. That was impressive, though, this is here much more challenging. I can say with first hand knowledge that even the best pro eaters would have some trouble with this one. A tip to help you get ready. Go to Costco and buy two of the slabs of meat--or however many you can put down to start with. They're about 8lbs a piece, this works for me. From you Smoking rib challenge, meat is your strongest food. Eggs, works well for me too, also might work well for you. Also if you build a rapport with your local Golden Corral they'll let you come in a few minutes before closing and fix you a ham, a whole sirloin slab and let you eat what is left over from that night. And be sure to leave a 20 on the table. I find that even tipping it's still cheaper than buying the same amount of food at Costco. Keep at it.
