The first one is "Die die die die!!", which clearly credited "Composed by Shiro SAGISU / Arranged by Masamichi Amano"
and the last one is "Orchestre, lent", which stands only "Shiro SAGISU", no credits for composer and arranger (I guess, SAGISU did both?)
In booklet also includes his commentary for individual track but Sagisu didn't mention specific arrangers in all of those commentaries. However, there're few tracks that Sagisu specifically gave a compliment to his fellow arrangers, which are...
Masamichi Amano = "Le Soleil d'Or" and "Orchestre, apogée".
CHOKKAKU = All the tracks that titled "-metal-".
