If that person decides to go too far off of the reservation and there is blowback, you can bet that he will be on the phone talking with POTUS, if not in the Oval Office standing tall in front of the man. Frankly, if you have seen a movie about it and it happened in real life, then the POTUS would have been briefed about it or would have to be briefed before he found out about it in the media. If that didn't occur, the President would almost certainly dismiss the CIA Director and heads below that person's would roll as well. I love it when I read comments by folks from today on various social media sites that state RR never made it as an Actor and hardly anybody knew who he was. This is absolute BS if they did any real research. The man starred or co-starred in over fifty motion pictures with many of the top names in Hollywood and was employed by both Warner Bros. (many years) and then Universal as a contract player and in fact, signed the first million dollar contract given to an Actor in 1941 during the height of his popularity. He also was a host and actor for the very popular "General Electric Theatre" for many years in the 50's and early 60's. No, he did not win an Oscar but many others did not either that were successful in the business. He was a solid performer who had fans and popularity and who spent decades in Hollywood. Hardly a failure in his first career and certainly everyone from the 30's through the 60's knew who he was if they went to the movies or watched TV. The audience at this show certainly knew who he was too.

He was short minded,he left a mess for his own vp to fix after him. His domestic policies weren't good, he fumbled aids badly, he spearheaded the war on drugs, and added to the deficit.
