I am so sorry you went through all that with Yume... it's so, so hard because you can't explain to a pet what's happening like you would be able to explain to a person or even a child. I both sympathize and empathize because I've been there many times over the years with many pets and it's always awful. I hope Yume keeps getting better and better.
Thank you so much, Cris, your words mean a lot. You truly understand how hard it is. It really does feel like a never-ending nightmare at times, and there are moments when it feels like there’s no hope. But we just keep holding on, not giving up. I really appreciate your empathy and support. Thank you again!
How awful you had to go through that with Yume. I can totally relate to your feelings. Our animals are our family . Sending you lots of best wishes and hope that Yume makes a good recovery.
@@elissafrohlich4893 Thank you so much for your kind words. She is so young and so unlucky to be going through so much-it just feels so unfair. We’re hopeful she’ll endure this.
I'm sorry to hear about your cat, and I hope the recovery is swift! I relate a lot to what you mention in the beginning of the video, both about wanting to do everything to the point where it's hard to get one thing done, but also about appreciating local beauty in your area. It's something I really try to do as much as I can, though it's easy to forget. Really love your art style, and love hearing you talk about technique. I have purposefully tried avoiding thinking too much about that, just getting back into making. But I found myself get inspired by your process. And as always, your art is gorgeous! Go easy on yourself x
Thank you so much, Josie! You’re absolutely right-it’s so hard to truly enjoy (and exploit) those moments, especially when juggling a job that has nothing to do with art and all the daily struggles. Maybe that’s why it’s important to sometimes let go and just be ourselves. I’m really humbled that you like my process. I always feel so stressed when I post a video, worried that it won’t be interesting enough. Your kind words mean a lot!
