And before you aregue, i am Norwegian so i know what a snowstorm is and it includes wind of more than 50 mph or 22m/sec.Or 80 kph if you prefer that.

Actually that depends on where in norway you live, southern and western part of norway is not cold at all and they have little snow and ice in general. The eastern, middle and especially northern part is what i call cold during winter and all 3 places can get down to .50 or below even if it's rare. _40 however is not that rare and -30 generally happens every winter for shorter or longer periods. Southern and western part however is very rarely below -10 and generally have above freezing most of the winter.@@wildcampp
