A better endgame farm is in alabaster islands, run a rotation around alpha garchomp then take a right you will find 2 blisseys and a chansey. If you cleared the island from avalugg they can be alpha as well. Rotation takes about 5 min, get tons of xp
"you will get your first mount within an hour or two".... looks at my 12 hour playtime without the mount and 20 evees and whole pokedex in that area...
A better way to reach the Blissey location is from the Grand Tree. There is only a single hop needed from a rock near the entrance(which also has a breakable ore), and you can easily find Happiny/Chansey atop the tunnel as well.
Theres an easier way to get up the other side of the tunnel, you can jump into the hill next to the tunnel entrance and then just run over to the blissey, the machokes on the side won't bother with you
I recommend if you are going to continue the Blissey farm to at least complete to perfection the pokedex so you have a better chance for shiny. To get more exp, use a pinap berry and catch. Always go back to village instead of resting at camp to reseed all pokemons in the area for more chance of shiny. Fast travel to Kleavor's arena tree and use wyrdeer to jump from other side of tunnel or better yet if you have the flyer just fast travel to high camp and fly over there you might even encounter shiny flying Gyarados. For all fighting pokemons that needs Dex completion like Lucario this is perfect to use their fighting moves. Save your exp candies for endgame when you need to level up a pokemon to complete its Dex or just rinse and repeat Blissey 😊
Thanks for the blissey location! There's also an alpha roserade south of the arena in crimson mire. Not as much xp, but has the same drops and super easy to far travel to
Later in the game if you just need exp and have a controller with a turbo-button you can just go up to the guy in the training area of the village and just have the controller hit A repeatedly and fight a trainer. Your pokemon heals after every fight so as long as your first pokemon can win you can just leave it for a while and level up pretty fast while doing something else.
@@MrCaptainTea not at all. I just enjoy "gaming" doesn't matter what you play on. We all have our own preferences. I just don't understand why you should bash someone because they don't like/play what you like.
Small extra bit of info, if you have the bird, its also easy to over to the Alpha Rapidash, for a small bit of extra xp, and a Medium xp candy. If you make a loop of it, its quite a bit of XP.
Or, you can grab a Geodude/Graveller and jump up on top of the crater on the West and fight the 4 packs of level 40+ Luxray and 2 packs of level 40+ Staraptor. Much faster, less down time and the Luxray can only damage rock pokemon with bite, which they rarely do. You can also jump around the north and get an alpha gdos at the start of the game.
Tl;dr: Climb up and kill Alpha Blissey. Optional, use the nearby Machokes to fight it. Good to know. Sorry for the attitude, the additional explanations are great for people who are early in the game and don't know a lot.
I had found this spot earlier on but didn’t realize the items you could get from it. Thank you for this! Good to know for early game on the next play through! Great video!
A better way to cheese blissey is to back attack it,wack it once and run away; it’s hp doesn’t recover and you can rinse and repeat for a dead blissey with very minimal risk of getting murdered
There’s a way easier way to get up to the waterfalls. Go to the mouth of the cave nearest to the giant tree, jump up the the side of the cave near the ledge under the machamps.
Here’s another thing to do: this is later in the game so don’t read this unless u have completed main quest 12. Basically u end up in a fight with Dialga in the coronet highlands to beat the main game, unless u catch it u can’t continue, and it respawns when u kill it, so u can keep killing it for infinite exp. If u have beaten the main game already then stick to fighting alpha Pokemon.
Quick tip, it's actually easier to get up there from the other side of the cave. Also, there's a patch of grass right next to the Blissy. You can use berries to distract her so you can get her from the back much more easily
I’ve been looking through the comments and so far no one has mentioned that you don’t need to go back to the village to respawn Blissy. I caught Blissy and fought a bunch of Machoke and Machop in the back area (almost heading out towards Kleavor’s tree) for a good amount of time and Blissy ended up respawning after some time. This is perfect for anyone who doesn’t want to have to go through anymore jumping and just going between the two locations up in that area. Granted, if your Pokémon are under leveled then yes, please heal up your Pokémon at the camps. Then do the easier jump from the Grand Tree side as most people have pointed out in the comments.
Wow this is like the best tip or whatever and it is super useful and I will be stronger with my pokemon and I might finish the game super fast. Thank you so much for this video!
A way I’ve found to work with fighting Blissy was having it use up all of its Double-Edge on 4-5 Pokémon and then use a high defense and HP Pokémon (mine was Rhyhorn) to make Blissy use up its other moves. Charge Beam has zero affect on Rhyhorn/Rhydon, plus it can absorb a Double-Edge with high enough defenses. Then you just chip away at Blissy’s HP while it uses up its other attacks.
If you're far enough in the game, just go repeatedly catch the blisseys near the bottom left of the ice map. They're normal AND you can land in the grass next to them and back catch them. They also respawn without you having to go back to town. Won't be as good of items compared to an alpha, but for pure experience it will be way faster.
I have to point it out, but if you go to the top of the cave and jump up by the blue ore above the entrance. Its a easier way up. Also throw a few berrys, she will eat it allowing for a back attack.
Instead of trying to climb wall of mountain go through cave entrance and on the other side of cave entrance climb wall of mountain with wyrdeer that way - easier to climb - look to left side if facing cave
I find if your end game it's probably easier to rematch the first areas boss. It gives you 3x M candies and if you do it hitless 1x L candy. Hitless sounds scary but the first boss can be done hitless easily. Although no seed of mastery or grit. As for money while this seems like an awesome strategy another one is spending 20,000 pokedollars to learn to craft a star sparkle? Star something. Anyway they take the plates you find at distortion zones and star dust to make but sell 5,000 pokedollars a pop so you'll easily make the first 20,000 investment back. However I'd mainly suggest it if your going to time distorted places anyway or have a lot of the blue/red/green plates. (Also sparkly rocks, etc will give you Stardust.)
If you are at the coronet highlands, i suggest you go to the moonview arena. At the top there is a lot of electabuzzes which you can kill with any ground type without taking damage. If you already killed all then go sleep ingame and go back. This strat got me a level 55 empoleon in 10 minutes (from level 51 to 55)
An easier wall climb up there is instead of taking the 8+ jump route instead you can throw a pokemon at the rock blocking the cave to break it open (no rock smash skill required), then once you do that run all the way through the cave to the top then on the left hand side there is a rock you can jump on to do the same type of wall jump to get to where you are not supposed to get to yet but instead of having to do a dozen jumps in a row without messing up you only have to do a single wall jump to get to the Machokes and Blissy. Yeah it is a slightly longer route distance wise but time wise it is roughly the same since you only have to do one funky jump. What I like to do to optimize the route is assuming you have already got up once and got your Machokes (preferably level 44+ due to the skill they learn at 44) (While only one is needed if you do it right it is safer just to have two just as a back up) is go over the same way you went as if you don't have the water mount yet, go use a water pokemon to either catch or kill the level 30 alpha graveler that also spawns every time, then run through the cave and do the one jump to get up to Blissey, and right next to Blissey there is also a level 30ish Alpha Machop only a few feet away from Blissey, I am not sure if it is supposed to be a 100% spawn there but having done the route about 20 times it has always spawned for me, which means I can either catch or kill 3 alphas per loop, sure the level 30 alphas loot table is not as good but each alpha caught on a loop is like an extra 1,100 cash just from the reporting it well worth running 3 feet out of your way to chuck a great ball at the level 30 alpha graveller and proceed to run into and through the cave, takes 2 extra seconds and can net some extra money plus give you alphas to release to get better grit/dust/chunks/etc as well.
If you have a strong Typhlosion The alpha Roserade with Strong Style flamethrower or strong style “overheat” Automatic 1 hit Ko Gives a bunch of Xp And drops L xp candy Grit pebbles(sizes vary) And or a “seed of mastery” that sells for 3000$ …. Side note if you don’t want to use the L XP candy to level up, they sell for 4500$ Also ….. invest in getting the “star piece” recipe It takes 3 red plate 3 blue plate 3 green plate plus 1 stardust and those go 5000$ each This is the way ….. Go Forth ….
This is my first time to try farming a Pokemon and I'm so happy that it worked for me as well! It was just tricky going up the ridge but I managed to nevertheless. I'll stay here a while farming Machokes while waiting for Blissey to respawn. Haha! Thanks again
There's a much faster route to blissey lol travel to the tree arena and jump in the corner of the cave entrance where there's a red ore node. Boom. You're pretty much already there. No need to travel to the worn bride and make all those hops. This route you only need to make one jump.
My farm is Cornet Highlands, go to the base camp, go right through the path that goes up the mountain, use a high level graveler or Golum, you have half a dozen Electabuzz who can't hurt you and you can one shot and and alpha Electivire at the end who can hurt you but you're strong against
FYI if you just go through the cave, it is CONSIDERABLY easier to get up there with the machoke rather than trying to mountain goat from the lower side.
Who knew the HARDEST part of this trick? Would be trying to get up the mountain! 10 Minutes of cursing, falling and tears before I could get there lol Thanks though, it worked wonders!
My strategy is if you have unlocked the braviary that you can fly teleport to the heights camp and scout the three spots where the bandit sisters can spawn defeat them than head to the blissey from the video. Every time you do this you can get up to 120000 gold depending on how many sisters spawn since they drop 4 nuggets which 1 sells for 10000 golf and tons of xp from blissey!
Climbed up the cliff, caught Machoke, found a shiny Machop, and got cornered by another Machoke taking a detour to pick up a satchel. Not yet dead, but certainly feeling it.
Negl though I have a lvl 90 alpha machamp and all my other pokemon are really low lvl so I was grinning when he said fighting type moves is what you need
You can get up there faster if you go through the tunnel and use the slope to the left. The whole making Blissey use its "charge" attack, is a no no. Just crouch and go up to it slowly and bash the back if it's head with the pokemon who will fight it.
Tip: if you picked rowlet as your starter if you get it to evolve to decidueye this becomes easier cause decidueye does more damage then machoke with its aura sphere
thanks for the vid dude, now i can get up there, but, throw honey cakes at blissey and then you can also use just a normal pokeball to catch it from behind, i only know this coz another youtuber did a vid on how to catch alpha pokemon without even battling them ;) so between this vid and that vid, i can level up my mon some, haha thanks :)
This is a good idea and I will do it but just for more exp farming. On your way to or from. Just go farm the Rapidash as well, it usually drops medium cup candy but sometimes it drops seeds of mastery, use it or sell it. Then you have almost double the profit
Kinda did it different by using my Umbreon on the Alakazam. But first I was basically ko or catch every machoke up there to get my Umbreon level 40. And then went against Alakazam. (60). First throwing a berry and let eat it and jumping the pokemon behind. Tough part hoping to getting critical hit on it.
Not sure, but I do know that on the route to Blissey you can also pick up a lvl 30 alpha graveller that is garunteed on the way and also a level 29 or 30 alpha Machop which I am not sure it is supposed to be a 100% spawn but it has been for me literally 5 feet away from the Blissey, so that is three alhpas per route where the extra 2 alphas only take about an extra 4-5 seconds to pick them both up on the way because they are literally in the path to Blissey.
For deer jumping go old school mario yoshi and just get off mid jump..get a slight boost and if u get ur character to the edge u can walk or just redeploy deer
I'm still a firm believer that if you're a serious player, the best way to level is just farm massive mass outbreaks with a party full of Pokemon you want to level. No going out of your way to get XP, you can do it passively while you hunt shinies.
A better way to get up there is go through the cave that he's in front of and then there's going to be a tree right beside the entrance on the opposite side from the river then you run your reindeer into the small Cliff that's beside there and start jumping it's a lot easier to get up there and then you run over to where the Bliss is
You don't need to keep returning to the village just go back to camp and sleep for two morning and night cycles then the Alpha Pokemon should respond back. By morning and night , sleep and make it morning and then sleep at night then sleep in the morning again and repeat.
@@Zeroknight34 just so you know there are some pokemon that you can teach a move called false swipe, it doesnt do a lot of damage but you can never kill a pokemon with it making it a very nice skill to get pokemon to low health without the fear of killing them, i use it on a garchomp.

Thanks for the help! I haven't used the method yet but once I do hopefully I can beat Volo...
Him:Get a Mackoke
Me: has big fighting fire monkey(Infernape)
question: can enemies like that blissey you were fighting run out of PP for their abilities?
Yes
@@inverted8220 cool thx :)
I just got this game and I’m so excited to start playing! 😭 I haven’t fallen in love with a game in too long.
4;00 If you go through the cave and come out the other side and turn left it's a much easier jump to get up there too
I wish this game got a DLC, best Pokémon game by far
That’s a nice one ! I need to try it !
Thank you for the EXP farm. I will try it. :)
thank you this is exactly what I needed!!
Tip: if you picked rowlet as your starter if you get it to evolve to decidueye this becomes easier cause decidueye does more damage then machoke with its aura sphere
That Blissey Hyperbeamed my whole team when I first encountered it.
thanks for the vid dude, now i can get up there, but, throw honey cakes at blissey and then you can also use just a normal pokeball to catch it from behind, i only know this coz another youtuber did a vid on how to catch alpha pokemon without even battling them ;) so between this vid and that vid, i can level up my mon some, haha thanks :)
This is a good idea and I will do it but just for more exp farming. On your way to or from. Just go farm the Rapidash as well, it usually drops medium cup candy but sometimes it drops seeds of mastery, use it or sell it. Then you have almost double the profit
Nice video, thanks for your information😊
Wyrdeer can dash of you press B. Makes climbing walls way easier. Hold B and tap Y
I knew my Skyrim skill of going up mountains by jumping would come in handy.
Kinda did it different by using my Umbreon on the Alakazam. But first I was basically ko or catch every machoke up there to get my Umbreon level 40. And then went against Alakazam. (60). First throwing a berry and let eat it and jumping the pokemon behind. Tough part hoping to getting critical hit on it.
this is literally the best xp vid iv'e ever watched
Is fighting Roserade better or equal to Blissey farming?
Not sure, but I do know that on the route to Blissey you can also pick up a lvl 30 alpha graveller that is garunteed on the way and also a level 29 or 30 alpha Machop which I am not sure it is supposed to be a 100% spawn but it has been for me literally 5 feet away from the Blissey, so that is three alhpas per route where the extra 2 alphas only take about an extra 4-5 seconds to pick them both up on the way because they are literally in the path to Blissey.
@@hockeyhacker97 ok, then I would say Blissey farming is much better.
Dude go through the cave and when you exit. Turn left and go up right in that corner. Way easier.
u just helped me SOO MUCHH. thanks for this video
I quicker solution is that if you picked Rowlet like me, it evolves into a Grass/Fighting type Decidueye
There is also a level 65 crazy strong monkey on Ramanas island
That monkey is very strong. Close Combat one shot my level 66 Samurott
If you use a heavy ball on its back and just capture it it’ll give a ton of do as well
Catch alphas in massive mass outbreaks, the balls used can be easily earned back with the money especially if you have rank 7,8 or 9
Thanks a lot, the thing I like about this is that you need 2 empty slots and I have 2 Pokémon at level 100 so, yippee
A better way to get up there is go through the cave that he's in front of and then there's going to be a tree right beside the entrance on the opposite side from the river then you run your reindeer into the small Cliff that's beside there and start jumping it's a lot easier to get up there and then you run over to where the Bliss is
It worked thank you now I'll catch 50 machines lol
the xp candy large sells for 4,500 money
One of the berries you can pick up later gives you more exp when you defeat a pokemon who eats it.
You don't need to keep returning to the village just go back to camp and sleep for two morning and night cycles then the Alpha Pokemon should respond back. By morning and night , sleep and make it morning and then sleep at night then sleep in the morning again and repeat.
True but this is also a good way of resetting for a shiny alpha so exp money and chance of a shiny maybe
What I do is kill all the alphas then go back to the village. I have 3 shiny alphas doing this method, good luck with the hunts!
@@dennism05678 I always do it when I mess up and kill a alpha by mistake when my Pokemon crit when I don't want it too.
@@Zeroknight34 just so you know there are some pokemon that you can teach a move called false swipe, it doesnt do a lot of damage but you can never kill a pokemon with it making it a very nice skill to get pokemon to low health without the fear of killing them, i use it on a garchomp.
@@David-tr5es I know but not every Pokemon will know the move so that is difficult and I always change out the party so it doesn't get boring.
I’m pretty sure you don’t have to go back to the village for blissey to respawn if you go back to cam and sleep till the next part of the day that allows the blissey to respawn
I have some tips for people. First off (You need Basculegion) you’re gonna wanna teleport to Grandtree Arena, you’re gonna wanna defeat Blissey and then travel to Ramanas Island to defeat the Infernape.
They both drop large exp candies.
Blissey (Level 62)
Infernape (Level 65)
