They referred children to me for IQ and asd assessment. I am RCI certified rehabilitation psychologist working in NGO. But they ever call me for sign on disability certificate. Please Clarify me, sir.
Dear sir, can you tell me if once my disability percentage becomes less than 40 percent then after how much time I can reapply for the disability certificate from swavlamban portal? Staffs in my district hospital is not much knowledgeable about it. Thank you.

Yes. As per the gazetted instructions it is mandatory. They may have to call you from now on.
