MAN it's refreshing to play a genuinely great game for once. Maybe I'll play more if good games get enough views. I also stream, give a follow if you want to hang out! www.twitch.tv/jarek4gamingdragon
we had a twitch integration that put the cat inside the game. still beta, but try it out!
Will this game be released on other platforms like NSwitch, PS4/5 and Xbox
Thank you so much man!!!! It means a LOT! Support of youtubers is what will make indie games be better and better!
Neat to see you here, waiting on my install now.
Glad you came by this channel. Love the art style of this game
Thank you for making such a sick game
muito amor e orgulho de vcs irmãos!
You've accomplished something that triple - A studios dream of: a fresh ip, unique concept, flawless execution, popularity. Congratulations on your release!
Looks like akira. Which was ahead of its time. I'm gonna buy it when I get my pay.
This game accomplishes what many AAA titles fail at attempting: providing an experience that can be played for dozens to hundreds of hours without it feeling like there is any "wasted space" or "bloat." During the PS4/XBONE generation of consoles AAA games generally started becoming more and more about packing the game with "content" to try to drive up total playtime (which is why it seems like every big series has become open world w/RPG mechanics regardless of its origins) when all you really need to get people to rack up playtime is a great core gameplay loop. I'm glad to see there are indie devs still making great games where they feel like everything included is there to enhance the specific vision of the devs instead of to pad out the hours needed to complete it.
This game is practically identical to Post Void: you also extend your time by killing there and after beating the floor you can choose 1 of 3 upgrades.
Definitely an iterative of what that game did.
Its like post void 2, with more enemy types and more enviorments
For 20 bucks you can’t beat this for the amount of fun you’ll have. I’m on chapter 7 and loving every second. The artstyle and theme brought me in but the gameplay is just brilliant
"You go back to the start of the last ten floors" Oh, thank goodness.
A glimpse into your streaming future, Jarek. A video every 10 seconds or you die. 😸
I'm not sure if the amount of typos / non-matching dialog to closed captions / formatting in text, is purposeful but it feels like an extra bit of humor!
This game is like Post Void, but much less of an eyesore.
Exactly
This game looks crazy good, is like that Black Mirror episode + Kung Fury + Akira. Also, I would love to make a drawing of that amazing red Delorean from the game intro.
The long and short of this game: "If you're gonna do one thing right, do it well." And then they nailed exactly what they wanted from all angles.
The chick in the Peace Corp Codec reminds me a little bit of Asagi Igawa from the Taimanin series.
The car is straight out of Road Avenger. Classic Sega CD game.
The bad cheesy dialogue is a throwback to OVA era of anime of the 80’s and 90’s
My friend glad you covered this cool cyberpunk synthwave anime game
I just started playing it and oh boy is it a treat it is probably the first fps game i am able to go all in because its so different and beautiful
Jarek is utterly amazing how well hr breaks down games. He's a real talent.
I played the Demo on my channel was an absolute blast but couldn’t get a code for review. For the people (like myself) that love the aesthetic this hits soooooo hard ❤️
Ive never tried speedrunning before.
I want to speedrun this so bad
Hey Jarek, I know you probably won’t read this but I think you should check out a game called “Section 8” and its sequel “Section 8: Prejudice” if you have time, it was an old FPS on the 360 (since that was all that I had at the time) that I think deserves to have a bigger UA-camr talk about it
I loved the demo cant wait to get the full release
This was bada**, keep up the great videos.
Is this game out on PS5 or Switch or will it be?
It had all the options I wanted, as in an FOV slider.
Fr, it has almost no graphical options lol
Really reminds me of post void, is it made by the same people?
This is what if Gen Alpha internet content can look and sound pleasant
By meshing and yoking together the concept of visual stimulation of internet content, social media/streaming-engagement dystopia, augmented reality liveshow & poignant 90s style action anime plot & aesthetics executed into an FPS game, and it's spectacular
Some indie games do bring hope to to video game industry for quality and maybe quantity to get along
Kudos to the efforts, talents alongside supports of both HAMMER95 & Epopeia Games to make this a thing
You've got to do Post Void dude
I love this games style but what really got me hooked was the EXTREMELY fast paced gameplay. Its extremely addicting and I hope this game has some post launch support.
This is one of the most special games I have ever seen, especially its ending, which is really amazing. It's really fun, and it really has the flavor of the 1990s.
How many chapters is there? I’m on chapter 7 now and having a hard time getting through the 10 floors 😅 game is so addictive
Is this on PS4?
Finaly some good brazilian games.
Just want to ask
is this game Have Japanese Dub?
5:24 love how he just shoves the ammo all messed up. This shotgun operates 100% on rule of cool.
Why does it feel like Mel Gibson from Lethal Weapon is Mullet Madjack lol.
This is right up gmanlives alley
Hi man watching from south Africa please review the suffering 1 2004 and the suffering ties that bind 2005 developed by surreal software and published by midway studio
I would like One of these with a more looney tunes style
Not exactly what you're asking but look up Mouse
@@naruhearts1 i saw that
If you liked Mullet Madjack, then i strongly recommend [POST VOID]. The gameplay is almost identical, but its a few years older, 7 times cheaper, and feels like 90s nickelodeon mixed with acid.
It's unfair that I can't play this game, because I rely want to
Another game with the 80s style is Hotline Miami.
Looks like post void
tanx 4 the rev
Very cool but it is time to a s.t.a.l.k.e.r video and you know it
Much like the game u speed ran this review. Shorter than most lol
The base gameplay loop is the same 30 second level over and over. There really isn't that much to say.
