Yuanyaki: Soy & Lime Marinated Fish on Clay Pot Rice!

- Today, I made yuanyaki with sablefish. Normally yuanyaki is made with soy sauce and yuzu but I replaced yuzu with lime since yuzu is very hard to find in Canada.
The fish was tender, and rice was flavorful. It was one of the dishes where I could still enjoy hot, since the pot keeps the dish very hot!
I really enjoyed this dish, I would make it again :)

Made this two days ago following your recipe and it turned out fantastic! Had every single ingredient except for sablefish, but I used salmon instead and it still came out great. Thanks for the great recipe! :)

Very nice indeed, especially that rice that had caramelised on the bottom of the pot. I've never had, or even seen sablefish.

I highly recommend it if you can find it around where you live! They are very easy to cook, and very soft fish
