Loving your work! I have jut acquired a couple of these and a "spares / repair" hot tub & egg. I notice you haven't used the air (I'm assuming that's the 3rd pipe)?
Im in the middle of converting an IBC tank myself and have just got a Lay Z spa pump. What tank connectors did you use on this and did you manage to get the blower plumbed in? I actually want to run this both hot and cold as I want to use it as an ice bath aswell. For this I have a chest freezer which m going to strip down and fit to the IBC tank. Once Ive done all the pipework etc I will the spray insulate the whole tank. Any ideas would be gratefully received
hi iv been looking into doing this with a vat and using the layz spa pump/heater. did you have the bubble function running on the pump as I believe it has a air blower and I was planing on rigging that to about 10 air diffusers arround the vat. cheers and good job!
Richard Fewtrell hi, I never got round to connecting the blower, I now have a lazy spa Miami, you can turn the blower off, it will power a lot more than 4 jets 20 plus
Hi there Jamie, Great video and help for my own project. I got the lazy spa pump now too. But can you let me know what materials you used to plumb it into the IBC. Many thanks
willem zingstra 22 mm plastic pipe with push fit connections, A few elbows, 2 jubilee clips and a walk round your local DIY shop to see what else catches your eye. Hope this helps
Many thanks for your reply jamie, was wondering what part this is and where you got it from. My local stores dont seem to have something like this. ua-cam.com/video/5Ao9iJjkWCw/v-deo.html and did you also use a filter ?
Many thanks for your reply, sorry to bother you once again. Managed to plumb everything in from the IBC now need to connect the 22mm pipe to the lazy spa pump. Did you remove the grey inserts from the pump? and clamped the 22mm pipe straight into to the tube ? goo.gl/photos/Go85h6bsJsbFaA3k7

1st brilliant job next couple of questions 1 how many people can you get in the 1000 ltr ibc .
2 how did you attach the seats . can't wait to do mine
it can fit 3 adults 4 if your all very friendly. the seat is fixed to the wood which goes around the top of the tub pushing down to keep it in place

This is so cool
what type of heater did you use? I am building one of these myself.
Garrett Gablehouse the heater is from a Lay Z Spa
good job
Should have had hard blue styrofoam insulation before the wood exterior.
