Meanwhile Company A’s parent company issued an experience letter with a notice period ending on October 14, 2023, since they maintained EPF till then, likely due to my severance requested by me. This caused a 14-day overlap between Company A and Company B and now Company C is asking for clarification What to do?

U request ur organization and tell them the situation that what prblm u will face And as u mentioned the exit date on pf but still that has to be approved by that organization Don't worry u talk to them politely and request for proper date and explain them all scenario
I,ve explained them the situation multiple times. They are saying, we will update the relieving date based on our record only despite of your situation.
Actually I have emailed them on 19 December 2018 that I will not further continue the service. That email confirmation they are considering as exit date

Hi I have an overlap of 5 days as one company didn't put the correct exit date in system. When I resigned, they informed me that my exit date would be 3rd June, 2021 (I have proper documents for this). Based on that I started my next employement on 4th June, 2021. However, they mentioned 9th June, 2021 as exit date on reliving letter and EPFO portal which is causing the overlap of 5 days. if any pf is credited in it then sometime they get it that u didn't worked but if it is credited then they will ask for justification so tell them the exact reason

It all depends on organization to organization , but for 7 days it might not matter much Bgv team will ask u for this overlap then just give them the valid reason

No there should me no issue But yes bgv team might get curious that why u didn't showed that 2 organization so u must have all the valid doc of those 2

I guess that if organization has agreed to change the date then it should not create any issue in bgv and whatever is there in letter that is there in record also what I have seen till now

Hi, If your pf account was not credited for overlap period then it's okay as it is mistake of employer then, that he mentioned wrong in relieving letter. So drop an email to ur employer and ask him to rectify it and in bgv if some one ask about in case it is not rectified then show them the pf statement and inform that it is mentioned incorrect in relieving letter and secondly ur bank statement can also be the proof as no salary would have been credited for that period.

Infosys now a days is very strict for overlapping But for 5 days it might not affect that much.... u inform HR once before joining or if joined and bgv is in progress then also inform HR

Bro, i resigned company in august 2021 but they lagged and lagged. It nearly took them one month, and i got exit date as sept 22,2021. But in mean time, i joined a company in september 13, 2021. I mentioned before hand that my company is not giving me exit date. Please postpone it.but they did not agree. They suggest me to come as fresher and i joined in sept 13,2021. Its been 2.8 years. I am planning to switch in next year.pf overlap is shown in epfo portal. Can i ask my present company to adjust my joining date? Pls suggest😢

@@javasleeve4445 previous company already gave me relieving letter by buying out remaining notice period with service certificate and they don't know that I joined another company because I gave personal reason while leaving it. But my new company knows about me. Whom to ask old or new? I don't get what to do. That hr in new company is changed😔. I am fresher, if I know before I will never leave that and rot in that company only

Sir i have work A company for 8 months my 1st company & i was abscond from here i was resigned 2 sep 2021 but they provide me after pay full & final settlement Lwd 12 sep 2021 they company deduct pf also experience letter & pf portal both showing date 12 sep 2021.
& I was Joined immediately my B company 2nd company 9 sep 2021 & i was work here 7 months & company closed ramdown this company not deduct pf at all i have all the experience cum relieving letter but this A company lwd showing 12/sep/2021 & 2nd B company Doj showing 9/sep/2021 1st company have pf 2nd company B not deduct pf can 3 days of overlapping in Lwd & DoJ effect my bgv will show red flag please help & confirm me how can i do & currently im working 3rd company C 1.5 years but now im resigned & think switch fourth company D please help what what company & experience i was show in next company & show my bgv green..im confused .

I had 2 years of experience in Non It. I kept fake experience and joined MNC IT company. Now in IT company I have 3 years of experience. Now planning to switch with complte genuine experience. But from non it to IT i have 4 days of overlapping.
1).What will happen if go with only 3 years of IT experience only by hiding non it experience. Is it possible.
2).OR Can i mention 2 years non it experience ( overlapping) one also.

Sir.. i have 11 days of overlap and i asked the company to change that date...they changed just 1 day before joining date and sent that releving letter to me...and I am not sure about they changed in their records...will bgv people check last working day also na?
And i marked exit date in the uan portal to 1 day before joining date...will it cause bgv fail
I guess that if organization has agreed to change the date then it should not create any issue in bgv and whatever is there in letter that is there in record also what I have seen till now

It is a case of 2018, I started my job on 11 Sept 2018 and i have resigned on 22 Nov 2018 however my employer mentioned my exit date in my relieving letter is 15 dec 2018. So how can i change it...i have also cheked my PF contribution history there is no payment credited on that duration....However i already transferred my all amount of pf in next employerr ....my issue is related to Background verification in MNCs how to tackle this issue regarding my BGV of overlapping...

If your pf account was not credited for overlap period then it's okay as it is mistake of employer then, that he mentioned wrong in relieving letter.
So drop an email to ur employer and ask him to rectify it and in bgv if some one ask about in case it is not rectified then show them the pf statement and inform that it is mentioned incorrect in relieving letter and secondly ur bank statement can also be the proof as no salary would have been credited for that period.

But for 5 days it might not affect that much.... u inform HR once before joining or if joined and bgv is in progress then also inform HR
