Hello sir, I would like to clarify a situation in my past I had absconded from an MNC where I worked for 5 months and joined another company that required an immediate joiner. After leaving, I received emails from the MNC to clear outstanding dues, which I paid, and they issued me a relieving letter. However, the dates on the relieving letter overlapped with my previous employer's records by one month, and this overlap is also reflected in my UAN. I tried to resolve this with Infosys at the time but received no response. This happened 4 years ago, and now I am applying to Tech Mahindra. I'm worried that they will discover this and terminate me. I feel extremely stressed due to this situation, especially because I have a home loan and family responsibilities, and I’m not sure how to handle it.

My company, A, asked me to resign due to a migration to its parent organization. I submitted my resignation on September 15, 2023, as my department was dissolved, and I assumed I was relieved earlier since my HR and manager had also left. For job security, I started looking for other opportunities and joined Company B remotely as it based out in Middle East on October 1, 2023, they didn’t require my PF history. Meanwhile Company A’s parent company issued an experience letter with a notice period ending on October 14, 2023, since they maintained EPF till then, likely due to my severance requested by me. This caused a 14-day overlap between Company A and Company B and now Company C is asking for clarification What to do?

Hi , I have one doubt, I've work experience from 2019 to till now. I have all the proper experience relieving letter for these 5 years, but in 2017 after finishing the college I did two jobs for survival, I didn't even have the knowledge or aware of leaving proper. Now the all the companies are using EPFO bgv in that service history those two jobs are visible. Bro, i resigned company in august 2021 but they lagged and lagged. It nearly took them one month, and i got exit date as sept 22,2021. But in mean time, i joined a company in september 13, 2021. I mentioned before hand that my company is not giving me exit date. Please postpone it.but they did not agree. They suggest me to come as fresher and i joined in sept 13,2021. Its been 2.8 years. Hi I have an overlap of 5 days as one company didn't put the correct exit date in system. When I resigned, they informed me that my exit date would be 3rd June, 2021 (I have proper documents for this). Based on that I started my next employement on 4th June, 2021. However, they mentioned 9th June, 2021 as exit date on reliving letter and EPFO portal which is causing the overlap of 5 days. I am sending repeated email to previous employer for correcting this with proper evidence from last 2 months. They are not responding at all. Now, I am changing my job and new empoyer is gonna start BGV. I am anxious if this can cause any issue? Even though I am all documented proof of correct exit date. Please advise. Thanks

Hi in the past 2017 i was absconded from one organization due to which they created exit date 7 days after the second organization. Third and fourth organization didn't care about the past.Now i got an offer letter from airtel bharti . It shows 7 days overlapping in uan portal...so will it creates the problem in bgv?

Bhai I left my 1st company during 2nd wave of covid in June 14th as one day resignation which was approved by my manager but on paper they released me on 1st July 2021,due to final crisis I joined 2nd company on 15th June, my 2nd company was cooperative and I explained them that due to covid 19 I got releiving letter late and this wasn't dual employment. But nw when am about to move 3rd company they are not listening and saying this a case of dual employment. I gave all necessary documents to 3rd company and it's real, no false info was given at all. They are saying ir joining with 2nd company is overlaping and they can't let me join inspite of giving me joining lette fr 3rd company. Pls hlp😢😢😢😢

Sir after i had resigned from my first company A last working day was 1 Aug I joined a Company B on 3 Aug but in in service history it shows another Company C and it has joining date of 2 Aug date of Exit was 19 Aug so there is overlap of 17 days what should i do in this case please suggest !! I had offer from company C as well but i did not join they on-borded my without my knowledge and i had send them a resignation mail after 17 days i was not aware that i had already on-borded me now my pf history has 17 days of overlap from my second company what can i do, the company is not willing to remove the 17 days of work history !!

It is a case of 2018, I started my job on 11 Sept 2018 and i have resigned on 22 Nov 2018 however my employer mentioned my exit date in my relieving letter is 15 dec 2018. So how can i change it...i have also cheked my PF contribution history there is no payment credited on that duration....However i already transferred my all amount of pf in next employerr ....my issue is related to Background verification in MNCs how to tackle this issue regarding my BGV of overlapping...

Hi , Am expecting OL from TCS but i have 1day Overlap in EPFO portal , mistaken from Prev Org where in resignation mail i have mentioned date but i got next day as LWD , what can i do now i have resignation mail ss with me , will this have issue getting OL from TCS ? also i have mentioned same concern to that employer with proof , what sld i do on same , as am eagerly waiting for this OL and if such case in future i cant apply most MNC if this is issue here

Hii sir.. I work for a small company abt 10 to 12 people. It worked for 8 months for the company. They don't have PF and all other facilities related to the Government. I don't want to show this experience. Can BGV agencies still find this information abt me??

Sir i have work A company for 8 months my 1st company & i was abscond from here i was resigned 2 sep 2021 but they provide me after pay full & final settlement Lwd 12 sep 2021 they company deduct pf also experience letter & pf portal both showing date 12 sep 2021. & I was Joined immediately my B company 2nd company 9 sep 2021 & i was work here 7 months & company closed ramdown this company not deduct pf at all i have all the experience cum relieving letter but this A company lwd showing 12/sep/2021 & 2nd B company Doj showing 9/sep/2021 1st company have pf 2nd company B not deduct pf can 3 days of overlapping in Lwd & DoJ effect my bgv will show red flag please help & confirm me how can i do & currently im working 3rd company C 1.5 years but now im resigned & think switch fourth company D please help what what company & experience i was show in next company & show my bgv green..im confused .

I left my 1st company on feb 2021 and then i had 2 offers in hand one from company x and another from y .i have done all the pre onboarding formalities with both the company but i did not join company y and continued with x.I am happily with company x since last 3+ years now while i am trying to switch to a new company my pf is showing a pf contribution from company y.Will it impact my candidature in my new employer? Company y details is nowhere in my resume that i submitted to the new company?
