When was this video taken?...it looks very cold for September in Rome.
Ciao Paula, thanks for watching the video. It was filmed at the beginning of April this year. It was a special time before many tourists were allowed back into Italy so the streets are pretty empty and it was a cooler day.
Did you enjoy watching the video? Take a look at it now and you can see the high definition finally rendered.
Filmed on April 2 at 9:30 in the morning to be exact. 😊
This city is just unbelievable! Thank you for sharing the beauty with us.🍓
Ciao Roadberry, thanks so much for watching our video. I'm glad you enjoyed the video.
Have you ever been to Rome before? I see that you are situated in Stockholm?
@@ThroughEternity I never have but I love Italy!! I’ve visited Sardinia and Toscana so far🍓❤️
Love the walk without the voice over. Although I love Rob’s informative commentary in the videos this really made it feel like I was there! Almost felt like I was controlling the camera! It looked and panned exactly how I would. Beautiful
So glad you enjoyed it Maria, we have a lot more of them coming your way. The great thing is that I have a tour guide's point of view walking through the city and I know all the great nooks and crannies and special things to see.
Hopefully we can meet up soon in Rome! Any plans to come to Europe?
I so enjoyed walking thru the streets of Rome once more! This was beautiful - just like strolling on my own and loving the sights along the way. Thank you!!!
Thanks so much for your lovely comment Giottoitaly! We are so glad that you enjoyed it. We have around 16 videos in the works for Rome and we will be doing others all around Italy.
When was the last time you got to visit Rome and walk it's beautiful streets?
@@ThroughEternity 2012 - much too long ago!! Planned to come last year, the Covid happened....Italy has my heart!
@@Giottoitaly Do look us up when you come back, even to just say "hello". It brings us joy to hear when people who love Italy are able to make it back.
Just wondering if I was missing the audio.
Was there audio on this video…it was great anyway.
Ciao Michelle, thanks for watching and thanks for your question. The video does have street sounds but there is not voice audio. We have plenty of videos and podcasts with explanations of places but this time we wanted to try something different. It is a High definition 4K walk in Rome. Kind of an ASMR experience. It was done in April when the city was still pretty empty. It can be very beautiful and relaxing without any talking. You can spot many things that you may not have seen walking the streets of Rome. I hope that you enjoy it.
Sorry, but I didn't ask before, could you not here any sound at all?
@@ThroughEternity I could hear cars but I wasn’t sure if I was missing out on a voice over guide to explain the sites.
@@michellejohncarboni4092 Thanks for confirming that there was sound.
