You explain the process clearly and professionally. Ive watch every video you posted and look forward to more great insight. TY !
A very quick, yet detailed explanation, so that's great for the complete novice. You've explained the science & not just speaking @ the cosmetic/topical level, but @ a biological level. Thanks for sharing & please share more uploads. I'd love to see one regarding an aged neck, with some weaker/looser under chin muscle & neck skin & some horizontal wrinkles. A reliable & more long term outcome would be ideal.
Thank you 🙏🙏 again for an very informative video❤..its a treatment ive been asked lately by my patient's..looking forward to performing it using your advice and technique❤❤..thank youuuuuuu once more ❤❤❤❤🥂xo
Thanks for the video. It was very useful and informative x
Excellent, concise information.
This is great. I really like your videos. I am new haven't watched all but will be watching. Can you tell witch product you prefer on this please?
Thanks for the info!!!
Hi Daniel! I wish more doctors would be willing to inject (collapse) the veins on top of the hands- completely superficial. I do work out 9 with light weights) and my veins tend to really pop- and stay that way. Otherwise, I take really good care of my skin topically and by what I put inside my body. I've seen this procedure elswhere on youtube. It looks so much better than just using filler. And a tightening treatment like thermage- but so painful-helps too.
I’m glad I found this
Excellant video! I have thought about having this done. It looks invasive but I'm sure it is fine. Probably because I'm a class 4. Keep up with these informative videos, I like how you are concise and easy to understand.
starlit nites Thank you. That’s the plan!
Thanks for sharing doctor. A quick one please,Can this procedure be done using hyaluron pen injector
Hi,Which hyluronic filler in particular would you prefer??
Could you please tell me which one of alaxin filler is suitable for hands
You mentioned being able to use Calcium Hydroxyapatite for the back of hands; which usually is a thinner skin. Can the hyperdilute Radiesse be used for dark circles or tear trough area?
Is there a certain Kojic acid product you recommend?
Hi Doctor. What kind of HA we have to use? I mean soft, medium or hard HA. TNX
Hi Dr. Do you treat painful hands? Is this procedure make arthritis pain go away?
Thank you.
Can be used the body filler?
Is there a way to get a "hand lift" to remove some of the crepey skin, aside from fillers? I suppose if such a procedure existed, it would leave a scar. :\
I love your teachings. Any thoughts on webinars or more lessons??
Yes! Very soon! Stay tuned :)
How many session need?
Sir I have some wrinkles and loose skin on fingers...
Is there any solution ?
Please ans
No before and after pic ??
Do you inject profhilo into the hands Doctor. Your thoughts?
Thank you Great presentation just wondering how much product do you use for subdermal injection by cannula? which product do you prefer for tear trough?
0.1ml per side on Ave. Stylage S usually blended with a little saline.
The best in the world for tear trough is teosyal redensity 2!!
i would love to hear your take on the PDO threads trend i’ve been seeing all over social media. a lot of the russian and french have been doing it but i’ve seen very mixed opinions on barbed/cog PDO threads and their effectiveness
Rosie A. Thank you for your question. Unfortunately PDO threads are not Health Canada approved therefore I don’t have any tips for you there. If anything changes, I’ll be sure to post.
All the best,
Dan.
Danesthetics that’s actually pretty interesting! thanks for replying!
@@danestheticsmedical ahaha threads are not aproved 😀😀😀 is an primitive era there
Can this technique be used to partially correct wrinkly finger knuckles (PIP joint knuckles) which usually look much worse than the dorsum of the hand?
Never tried it!
Hey Daniel,
Any medical resources (books, courses) you would recommend when it comes to face aesthetic? Thanks!
Source: Kontis T, Lacombe V, ed. 2nd Edition. Thieme; 2019. doi:10.1055/b-006-160134
- Go to as many courses as possible. IMCAS a a great one to be inspired.
All the best!
Dan.
@@danestheticsmedical I'm not into UA-cam notifications, hence the late reply. Thanks a lot, will definitely check this out!
Hi Dr!
Can you cause vascular occlusions with prp in the face or the hand area? Im going to have it done next week and I'm nervous😬
Why can't skin on the hand be nipped and tucked?
I've seen some people who had fillers on their hands look like Aligator hands.
I love alligators, I’d be ok with alligator hands 😂
What are your thoughts on PRP. Does it really make skin look more youthful? Can it reduce the tear trough after a few sessions?
Lita Burns 👋🏼 After a few rounds of PRP, it may help rejuvenate the quality of the skin, but the plasma is absorbed pretty rapidly. It can be used as an adjunct, however. The same goes with tear troughs. HA filler is designed to last much longer.
@@danestheticsmedical Does PRP microneedling (not injections) do much, or is it just a gimmick?
Is it possible to 'make' hunters eyes? I mean to straighten and lower the eyebrows? And how to treat parallel wrinkles on glabella?
Hi Rex, yes it possible to make hunter’s eyes with botox injected at the correct areas.
And yes, the glabella wrinkles, AKA 11’s, can be treated with botox.
Thanks for your questions.
All the best,
Dan.
@@danestheticsmedical thanks doctor.
I wasn't specific with my second question- I meant wrinkles parallel to the ground. The place where my nose joins the forehead is pretty deep and I got some wrinkles like this == in this "corner".
My doc says it can be filled but complications may be severe.
Rex L That muscle is called the procerus, and it can be treated with botox, as long as it’s not a scar. But most men will require a large amount of units in this area, and about 3-4 treatments (~nine months to a a year) until it’s fully resolved.
You could use filler, but I don’t recommend it. It’s too high risk. Injecting fillers in this region is the leading cause for blindness in medical aesthetics.
@@danestheticsmedical thanks doc! I get Botox shots regularly in this spot but I also want to express some emotions and don't want to end up like Nicole Kidman
Rex L Yes, that’s the trade off. Moderate botox will soften the lines and keep some expression.
Btw, I’m a Nurse Practitioner. Just in case you’ve never heard of a NP, here in Canada NPs have full prescribing capabilities, and specialize in a variety of fields. NPs can also work independently and roster their patients.
Best of luck!
Dan
Hi doctor! I have a question..
Hyaluronic acid gel filler/ Lidocaine Hydrochloride
Phosphate-buffered Saline. Can be also used in hand rejuvenation? Please enlighten me thank you very much.
Yes I use HA, others also use Radiesse.
@@danestheticsmedical thank you very much for that info.. 😊🤗
Without anesthesia
The skin at the back of the hand seems very sensitive. Can a good numbing gel be used before injection? 😳😖
BLT cream is the best numbing cream
@@danestheticsmedical I see. I see that it is a prescription only medication in my country haha.
Does it need to inject to be numb before filler injection, Sir".…
No need for numbing cream prior!
Thanks in advance
Hi doc, what product do you use for Hand rejuvenation? What's your opinion on non cross linked HA for Hand rejuvenation?
It won’t work. You’ll need something that will lift. I recommend a medium thickness filler.
My hands have looked like someone’s grandma since I was born. Lol. They look very old. I have to hide them in pictures. My boss even told me I have man hands when I was 19 years old. I would like to do something about them. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Fillers and lasers!
Me too!
I've always had old hands
Yo también tengo unas manos y pies de vieja que horror quisiera meterle un kilo de grasa
I need some finger rejuvenation.
I once put my hands next to a 40 year old and she looked like the 24 year old.
