I’ll never understand why a mom would make a lie up that could potentially create a broken child/adult! I don’t say it often, but when I do I mean it… she deserves to loose custody and only have supervised visit until she gets evaluated and gets help. Until she shows mental stability she shouldn’t be allowed to raise anyone!
The father should get custody of his children because he seems like a good man and I know that he will be a good father.
It's not easy for a man to get sole custody of the kids. The mother has to be a literal danger to the child or neglectful. I wouldn't take her child from her but I'd press charges which would give him temporary custody due to the fact that they'd arrest her but she'd be able to bond right out... Guys always try to take custody 😂 not happening, especially not just because she lied on you. She is incredibly wrong for that but as long as she is taking care of her kids like she is supposed to NO judge would see fit to remove her child from her custody but they will make her share custody. It's always some idiot in the comments wishing somebody kids would get taken. That's not something you just throw around... Chill.

Although polygraph test results aren’t technically admissible in court they are still used as hard evidence

She sat there and cried about how she was SA, and then lied and accused an innocent man of doing that and it infuriates me. I actually went through that’s from 5-16 and I would NEVER make up a story about another Roman hurting my child, because I KNOW what it does to someone. I never say this, EVER, because I don’t want to say a victim is lying, but I have a huge feeling that she never went through that for the sole reason that the pain and damage done to a child, a victim is so horrendous, that even the thought of my child being touched would send me off the deep end. I’d be calling the cops ASAP, I’d be having her checked out, and I know those exams are really intrusive, but I would need to know and make sure she didn’t contract any STDS and have an internal damage.

When I first saw this clip prior to the episode airing… I had a strong feeling she was lying. All the same listening to her side, was very cringing. I’m not minimizing her being a victim herself. But mom is very unstable & bitter. He’s a bigger man/person than most to still want to co-parent, because in my opinion… he needs to have full/sole custody. No true emotion at all whatsoever from her other than the fake outrage. I feel for BOTH her children, but most of all her daughter. Because the only one doing damage & abusing her, is her mother. The mental, emotional & psychological trauma & pain she’s inflicting, the way she’s damaging the relationship between the little girl and her father. The delusion, denial. She needs to be charged and locked up. I’m not gonna say he didn’t make valid points, but Steve coming down on him (and his sister) was complete bs at the same time. They had every right to be enraged & feel the way they did. She brought it on herself. Because if I heard correctly.. it sounded as if he still wanted HER in their child’s life either way/even if she failed… Which in my opinion she doesn’t deserve. He may not want to hurt his daughter & make things worse for her by excluding her mother from her life (hence “bigger person than most”). thing is, every time kids have multiple bruises or injuries, they always show many different images on this show- we are only seeing one of the same image of the childs neck. He's also really calm. Most of the guilty ones are crying hard or getting angry. I feel he's mostly calm because he is innocent.

I got to say, for a potential child molestation case, this was the calmest pair of figthing ex-partner parents that I have so far seen on the Steve Wilkos show.
The audience wasn't crying for the 'grieving' and 'upset' mother, and it also wasn't boo'ing and shaming the 'rapist' father. (Notice my sing quotes around the descriptors!)
Usally, when a guy is accused of molestation and rape of any sort, guilty or innocent, almost always does he get boo'd the first appearance he makes on Steve's stage. (I typically get angy at the sexist presumption and double standard, but I'll touch that particular conversation another time.)
