This vid was inspired by a viewer! To be honest, I really debated about what to call it. I didn't want the title to limit it just to seniors or to those with limited mobility, and I didn't want seniors (or those with limited mobility) to feel limited by it!!! I certainly did not want to imply that seniors *require* a beginner-level workout with minimal position changes. I know many seniors who are far fitter than me! So with all that being said, please know that I'm not trying to pigeon-hole or offend anyone... Just trying to help and respond to a viewer's request. This supine workout is a quick (18-min) routine that will stretch and gently strengthen your body without any challenging transitions or position changes. In fact, you can do it in bed as long as your mattress is firm. All levels and all ages can enjoy this video. Please give it a "like" and share with someone who might need it!
Thank you im 32 and I love this and do it daily when, would you do another one please, I am really suffering with pain in back, bum and legs I also do your pelvic relaxtion. I have lower disc problems so painful right now and prolapse at 32 and need seated and floor execrises. Thank you Appreciate all your hard work 😁🤗 Your a
It is so hard to find anything available to help an elderly person who has become almost unable to move herself around on a bed(85,friend). This is an absolute gem !!!! THANK YOU !!!!
I have tried these exercises and it has made a great difference in my life. I Suffer from severe back pain and after trying these exercises I have noticed a great difference in the level of pain I use to feel.. Thank you.
Thank you for this video! I am 70 and have rheumatic heart disease and several movement issues from a head on car collision. I have been in this condition since I was 48; before that I could do most any exercise and loved yoga. So age has nothing to do with it. I love your videos that move slowly like this one. Even some senior or beginner videos move so quickly in their routines that I can't keep up. It's not that I can't do their routine, but can't do it that fast. You give me time to get in the position correctly. Maybe 'limited mobility' level workouts would be a good description; it would certainly save me time trying to sort through all the beginner and senior videos! Regardless, I love your videos and am so glad I recently found them. Thank you!
This was great. I really liked that you kept returning to the breath work and that it was slow and well explained with great attention to detail so I didn’t feel like I was hurting anything! I have knee issues and am not a senior. Thanks Dr Bri.
You're right to be cautious. These exercises are designed to be gentle and balanced, focusing on awareness and overall pelvic health rather than overworking the muscles. Always listen to your body and consult a healthcare provider if you have concerns. ~ Vibrant Support
I’m 48 and I’m doing it today because I want to move but I can’t really sit. I have similar issues to the woman who wrote you. And more. Thank Dr. Bri.❤ Is it safe for PoP? I felt okay with it. Abs hurt a little but they are not used to being used 😂
you've got this! These moves should be safe. Make sure to follow the prompts. If you feel that your abs are hurting, it might mean that you are not doing the moves properly.

“I am unable to get up and down off the floor” the lady said. If that is her wish, how does she do these exercises?
I read an article that 8:20 said that over exercising your pelvic floor can damage your pelvic floor. These seem more appropriate for women our age
