WHY Exempt the Members of the Public Examination Authority? Shouldn't they be held accountable for the leaks and mismanagement of the Exams and Exam Papers resulting in Leaks and other malpractices?

Cheating is a skill. Those who has these skill will become Managers, Government officer. Although, I do not blame that all these posting are filled by cheater, but i have real life example of my life, those dare to cheat are now Managers in Private sectors, PhD holders and Government officers. For preventing children from cheating we’ll first have to accept that it’s okay to score low. The report card should not be the students identity but the values.

Our education system should be changed completely. I am writing this after my recent communication with our UGC and with Union education minister office. They sit their eye closed and giving excuses saying indirectly that they can't interfere with wirking of deemed University in India. What type of bill to be introduced for this type of system.

This bill is (if it wasn't clear already) a ONE SIDED bill, therefore lawmakers cannot claim this bill to offer a levelling field to all public examination students irrespective of financial and social background. Do not kill an already flawed education system in this country even more.

Majorly citizens are fed up with goverment employees, let’s say you go to city office or village office or some other government body, citizen facing tonnes of problems thousands of hindrances of ways. No body will do their job but expect money, and 99% of crimes or injustice are happening only because of police..BJP goverment is not making any policy on this. cheating is done under pressure ,students develop fears peer comparisions to be blamed here ,especially no one compare themselves with their friends but friends or classmates are to be blamed, they just brag about their success but never encourage or point out mistakes in fellow classmates or friends .they never even given and share them a copy of notes materials they are jealousy brutal selfish self centered. this is the reason ,those students who have jealous friends unhelping selfish friends who lack love and respect in what they desire they are prone to do cheating in exams .also negative spread is more. if bill has to be passed first it should be passed on media ,for stop spreading negativity like " no jobs all layoffs you are unfit useless weak waste ... all these terms are usually seen commonly in thumbnails now a days for click bait . why dont they pass bill on these click baits
ive done cheating in school and was caught by principle and i took punishment and i never done cheating again, but jails are different no improvement going to happen. punsihment is mandatory. if jails are there then rich will escape with bribes poor will be put in jail without his or her fault

There has to be some specific rules for teachers also like no bully ( our teachers are the biggest bullys they used to make fun of our names ) or they talk about characters , no need to pressurize students and judge them , government should provide sports⚽🏀🏈⚾ education I never have any experience of doing any sports activity in school there is not much infrastructure , labs, library, proper sanitation in my school doors of washrooms are broken it was horrible ,it was stinky . Teachers used to come to class for attendence . I had no physics teacher in the session of 2022 to 2023 no teacher that's a shame for education department

I'm completely fine with giving financial aid to anyone based on the merit.. (but no reservations in education system, instead make them capable by giving them all required resources).. like people who didn't have access to computers etc., or who can't affort college/hostel/edu-travel fees, must be supported.. irrespective of cast/gender.. but just taking a documentation support of belonging to a cast cannot serve as a proof that a person needs support in upliftment..

As a teacher I strongly recommend this. At the same time all types of question banks , model papers should be banned. There should not be blue print for question papers. The question can be given a bit, MCQ , essay , or short or very short type. No revision for term exam for long hours at schools or tutiions.Self study to be made compulsory. Additional classes to be alloted at school if children need more time for learning tough topics. 90% attenadance should be mandatory.
