Love this! I read the description to see what the session was like. I’m a center back/outside back and my individual training usually consists of 1 ball mastery drill, 7 first touch drills so I more than cover every single area on the feet, 1 drill for one touch passes and 1 drill for two touch passes, a pinging drill from 30-40 yards out, basic juggling, Practicing 4 different turns for five minutes on each foot, and then I spend 20 minutes doing 1v1 skills leading to shots (two separate 1v1 skills and spending five minutes on each foot). I may or may not make a video just recording what my sessions are like similar to you, but I feel like it covers almost all the major bases of first touch out the air, 1v1 skills and shooting, passing, turning, dribbling, pinging, etc
Appreciate you bro 🙌🏻💪🏻 Your session sounds good and detailed, but remember you don’t need to complicate it or do too much, keep it simple and short (60-90 mins) but high standards and quality I reckon this could all be broken up into 2 or 3 different sessions and that way your not out there for 2/3 hours getting too fatigued, instead your out there for 60/90 mins, 2/3 times a week, still working on all the things, just not being as fatigued during them (just my opinion, you can obviously do it as you like)
Buen video crack
🙏🏼
