I like that one too, but I have a question, where does the cut grass go to? I didn't see any cut weeds or grass left behind and I didn't see any device to suck it up? It just seemed to disappear.

In Moscow. I see these machines all day! For the roads, they have a water jet truck ahead followed by the rotating wire brush. And for the footpaths along the roads, they have very tiny machine that has water jet in the front and brush at the rear.

Ya! When I was like 6 through 8, i would chase after these big things when they were in my neighborhood! I was so interested in these things!

Its NO shock that some of this footage is years old. Generally 'cleaners' who try their best to operate these machines are operating 10 to 15 year old machines that 'may' work 50% of the time if you're lucky!
Its not like those in 'management' are concerned about cleaners. Tell them to get it done (with faulty machinery) or sack them!
If you want a good job done, here's an idea. Buy new machinery NOT used, NOT refurbished!! NOT last years (2 or 3 years) old model. Get the most modern machine, otherwise you are not doing the job you were paid for.
And get them properly maintained

Yeah,.. I'm not seeing a lot of new or amazing tech here.. Most of the equipment does, (at best) a mediocre job. I also see a lot of worker indifference. With a prevailing attitude of that's good enough. Have to leave some mess or they'll lay me off! Or you have like the underpass scrapper. How often is that needed? Once a month or two? Best machine I've yet seen is a three piece mower for the road cutting. It could cut both sides of the guard rail and had a third piece that sort of weed eater that totally trimmed the posts and mile markers. They have a similar machine in here but the other I saw was a much more efficient design.

Not as much as people think pressure washers don’t waste a lot of water even though it looks like it the water is much thinner making it look like a ton
The water is mostly used to keep dust levels down, the alternative would be to use suction, those machines exist but they require more energy and are more costly. For nations with a lot of water using a bit of water and a brush is a great option.
