I’m pretty sure what happens is that if you go on a different device from when you got a chroma you will get it in the same amount of packs because I’ve gotten the frozen fossil three times in the same number of packs on different devices . Either that or you just have insane luck

Lucky, it took me like 10K coins in my main to even get my firth legendary, and in my alt I got 2 mega in a row
