I purchased the Makeup by Mario after your review and I find myself reaching for it daily. It’s fun to try different combos even if they seem similar. Plus, I did a smokey eye with the grey shade and my hubby of 32 years actually said “Grrr, baby!” when he spotted me so there’s that😃
Queen Morgan has uploaded, I got a plate full of sushi and let's dive into some eyeshadow pallettes! Love u girly you're my favorite content creator inspiring my love for makeup every day ❤
I hate going by trends like if you like full glam then do so or if you like minimal makeup you can do that too but people shouldn’t do it just because it’s trendy that’s just me though I love doing full glam colorful eyeshadow makeup and don’t like the whole “clean girl” esthetic except for when I have to like if I’m working at my job but that’s just my preference
Exactly I don't really get it. I get that there aren't that many releases but I'm sorry Brands like Ensley reign cosmetics and Unearthly cosmetics and Adept have been releasing some really nice palettes so I don't really get what she is saying she used to post about eyeshadow palettes and not she doesn't really anymore so I find her content boring now
I kept looking at your eyeshadow thinking it looks stunning but I couldn’t decide why until you mentioned the black on your waterline. It looks so striking on you!
I am Indian 🇮🇳 and was thinking that your look is perfect for an Indian bride 😝 since we wear red, deep pinks and maroon or burgundy with heavy gold embroidery on our weddings.
Hi beautiful! So excited to see your look today. Absolutely stunning! I’m so burnt out on all the neutrals tho. I finally have a decent palette collection of vivid and beautiful colors and now trends are going boring. I’ve only been watching a few creators lately because I’m unexpired. That being said, I hope you’re enjoying your new digs, enjoying spring and can’t wait to see your next video. Love from Cali!!
Morgan, you need to try Ensley Reign eyeshadow pallets, they are spectacular, especially Cold Moon, the quality is off the charts & the color selections are wonderful!
you raised such a good point about the slow down of eyeshadow palette releases this year (and even last year). I feel like I am not seeing as many eyeshadow palettes I am interested in this year nor am I buying that many - I think I bought all of two this year. The current trend still seems fixated on face products, especially foundations and blushes.
I think there's only so many neutral eyeshadow palettes that are released. The indy palettes have been beautiful and there are tons being released. Remember when she loved that neon green summer palette from color pop. Sigh those were the days
The eyeshadow palettes that I tried in 2024 that are still my favorites are: - Ace Beauté Mystic Romance Palette -> my number one for when I do have special occasions - Colourpop Deja Brew Eyeshadow Palette -> I only wore this for winter 2023/2024 and it's the most neutral I'll get for an eye look - Covergirl Clean Fresh Clean Color Eyeshadows in Spiced Copper and Mellow Mauve - L.A. Girl 4 Play Eyeshadow Palettes in Seduce and Feel Good -> so pretty when you combined these two - Milani Glided Mini Eyeshadow Palette in It's All Rosé -> just the prettiest spring eyeshadow palette - R. E.M. Beauty Midnight Snacks Eyeshadow Palette in Midnight Snack - Too Faced Pop The Cork Set -> my cousin got me it and I can't stop wearing it
The prada palette reminded me of the pat McGrath mini color story . I haven't picked up many palettes this year . I am trying to use allllllll of the palettes I have . But girl thank you for keeping me informed !
Morgan you are stunning!!!!! Sitting here with my chips and salsa and so excited for this video!! I’m an eyeshadow lover too. ❤️❤️ Thank you for being so amazing and for inspiring us all to enjoy our makeup 😍
I LOVE the mini dream. I am using it more than the Natasha Denona I need a nude and the Dior Smokey from this year. I hope they don’t discontinue this one to always have for travel and everyday at work.
I purchased the original ground works Danessa pallet and wish I would have returned it. I just don’t find it easy to work with - wore it today. Used cream then set with power on top - her powers from the palette and another for sparkle - it began to disappear within hours. Just blah for me.
I absolutely loved the look you did with the Oden’s Eye Spring Dragon Palette - a beautiful lavender and green look. I would be pumped to see more pastel looks for spring on your channel. :) There are so many fun pastel palettes out there! I agree that eye shadow trends are very natural-leaning right now but whenever I get creative with color I get the most compliments!
I'm on a Viseart kick lately. A lot of brands hopped on the "one and done" train, but I have not found better than Viseart for this. I am currently IN LOVE with their Isolde and Roses Lotus quads. I love their petite size, their blendability, they are so reliable. Their color story is a bit too repetitive, I would love some new color stories from them, but with the same awesome formula
I wanted to say that I love both of the DM groundworks pallets. When I travel I only carry them both with her all shimmer pallets. I sometimes will carry a few ND minis for extra colors. I live them on the lips as well with a little gloss.
Totally hear you on the not wearing much color lately. My go-to look has all been out of the hourglass jellyfish palette and slap some smoke on top for some shine and that’s that
That #1 spot eye palette is very similar to the Petits Four Amalie. The Praline Epices (pronounced epis). The biggest difference is the shimmers. There is this greenish shimmer I love in the Amalie, which has 2 very similar amber mattes and then green and pink shimmers.
Great review! I’m glad you mentioned preferences and trends. I love the putty formulas that are on the market right now. I feel like they suit my old lady skin really well. That being said, I do up the ND palette that you have as 2 all the time. It’s just so easy!
I have been really tempted to finally try Viseart and the quads really do look fantastic.I really wish they would come back with the Bijouxette palette.
Loved your video Morgan, but I am not tempted at all with eyeshadow palettes. Who am I??? 😥 Lately I am tempted by face products, blush, and lips!!! Would love to see some fun summer looks involving those products. 😀
My goodness how I love your content and get excited every single time a new video comes up!! Thank you for all you put into these amazing videos for us! Feedback is real and always helpful.
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences with these palettes. I have only purchased one palette this year. It was the Charlotte Tilbury Super Nudes Easy Eye palette. It is a nice palette for travel & easy for day to day. Last year, I had purchased 6 palettes by the end of April.
Great video 👍👍 Odens eye and Nomad are two other brands that are still on my wants to try list ❤ I love the look you created with the Nomad palette it is beautiful 💙💛❤💚💜
I have been doing no eyeshadow lately. Just conceal the eyelids, maybe a little eyeliner and mascara. It looks pretty decent especially with a bright cheek.
I was gonna buy the Prada eye shadow palettes, fortunately I saw videos of how the shadows looked and pass . I'm not in love with the new Danessa Myricks Ground Works palette either, the cream shadows are a little hard to work with. I don't like putty shadows much. Indie companies are still bringing the colorful eye shadow palettes! Viseart makes great eye shadows.Enjoyed the video!
Hi Morgan, you are the best. Loved your videos as always. As the Sephora sale is coming, if you can only pick one neutral (to cool) palette would you take the Mario neutral or I need a nude? I’ve been debating between those two. Thank you so much!
What a gorgeous eyelook!😍 You are one of the best on UA-cam in your skills. And you should do more often black in your waterline, it’s so dramatic I love it. I do that every day, I’m stuck in the 00’s and I’m not ashamed of it😂 Your #1, is it similar to one of PM’s 5 pans from the holiday collection? When I saw the shades and you described the shimmers as buttery and rich I immediately thought of those! Love from the Netherlands❤️
I kind of prefer the slower pace we've got going with palettes. I still enjoy some color but I feel myself gravitating towards neutral looks more and more. I'm kind of surprising myself and loving the cool toned moment we're having. I was super tempted by those Too faced palettes. I swatched the shimmers in store and they felt a bit lackluster. It's too bad too cuz they have a fantastic matte formula IMO. I am not a Natasha girlie, I think her formula dries out quickly and the packaging on the minis suck. They break every time. I just can't bring myself to try out a midi instead to find out if the quality of the shadows holds up longer. That said I was super excited when Alter Ego released the Yucca dupe. Natasha does some nice color stories. I was kind of unsure if I'd like the creams in the palette. I kind of love it. I immediately sprung for the Colourpop Beauty and the Beast palette. It's kind of a flop. I did decide to try out the Warlock palette from Fastasy Cosmetica. The quality is great and the green tones were exactly what I was going for. The rest of the color story kind of confuses me so I bought some singles to swap out. I am happy to have the packaging even if I did swap out about 1/3 of the palette. I tried the Ireland palette by Nomad. My feelings are kind of mixed. I wanted a more lime green tone in the mattes and the shimmers I feel need some help with a primer. I have primer, so I can make it work but... I kind of prefer when I don't NEED to. I repurchased Defiance by Auric and I am so happy to have the shimmer topper back for my inner corner and brow bone. J'adore the sparkle. I also decided to try Ego and Entice. I was pleasantly surprised by Ego. The topper over the cream has the bright silver tone I wanted and the cream is easy to work with. There aren't a ton of great swatch videos or pics available. I was worried it would be more of a gun metal Grey/ silver which is not my favorite. I was a bit disappointed with Entice. I was expecting more from the topper. Everyone says it is green. I'd say it's more of a dirty gold. The cream is a bit deep and difficult to work with for me. Thriving favs from 2023: Heaven on Earth and Tropicolor by Sydney Grace. Especially Heaven on Earth. I love the combo of earthy and beachy vibes. Neutral and colorful tones marrying together in such a lovely way. It also has a great mix of warm and cool tones. I love pairing palettes though and I do enjoy what Tropicolor brings to the table. I do typically prefer a little extra sparkle so I pull in the topper in Defiance or highlight shades from the Noctilucent highlighter palette by Blend Bunny. I'm so glad I listened to Annette and got it. It's one of my most used products in my makeup collection. I've also been really enjoying the Sultry Mini. I never got the full sized Sultry and I kind of wish they kept the coral but the mini is beautiful as is. I also really love Simmering and Sparkling by Lorac. I'm so sad they've been discontinued! I'm working my way back to Sigma. They used to be top tier for me but lately I've just been feeling kind of meh about them. I decided to give it another go before just being done with them and casting them from my collection. I worked with Earthy today. It was the least favorite of the on the go palettes that I kept. I kind of loved the look I did today. Maybe it's because I am feeling cool tones and / or neutrals more. I was quite disappointed in the green shimmer originally. A little bit of glitter glue is needed for it to be more than a topper. Enjoying Earthy so much gives me hope that I'll be able to rekindle my love for the palettes I still own from Sigma.
Yes, the Danessa palette I was so excited but the shadows are so hard to work with. Specially the creams. My eyes always look patchy. I have tried every day to make it work but I guess it was overed hyped.
Oh my goodness I am terrible with eyeshadow but for some reason the Danessa M. I think most Indi you have swatched and sipped haven’t been the bigger Indi brands.

STOP!!!! This eye look is insanely gorgeous!
thank you!!!
I second that! I gasped when I saw her eyes 😮

I've never wanted to recreate a makeup look more than the one you're wearing in this video! beyond stunning 🤩

Queen Morgan has uploaded, I got a plate full of sushi and let's dive into some eyeshadow pallettes! Love u girly you're my favorite content creator inspiring my love for makeup every day ❤
All hail the Queen 👸🏻
mmmmm love me some sushi! Enjoy!
Sooooo jealous! I'm craving sushi
You're eye makeup is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥!!!! Stunning!!
You DEFINITELY pull off the black eyeliner look on your lower lash line. Your eyes are the perfect shape for it! Gorgeous. ❤

I kept looking at your eyeshadow thinking it looks stunning but I couldn’t decide why until you mentioned the black on your waterline. It looks so striking on you!
Your eyeshadow in this video is probably in the top 5 I’ve ever seen you wear. Absolutely stunning. Bravo young woman. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
I am Indian 🇮🇳 and was thinking that your look is perfect for an Indian bride 😝 since we wear red, deep pinks and maroon or burgundy with heavy gold embroidery on our weddings.
Thats exactly what I was inspired by!
Thanks for the honest review!! I would have purchased the Huda Beauty creamy palette and so glad that I didn't!

Your eye look is amazing, you look great with the bright colors.
I Iove the little 5 pan, Dream pallet.

Viseart and Natasha Denona with the best quality as always! The shimmers in the viseart palette are gorgeous, but I have to many neutrals already!!

Thriving favs from 2023:
Heaven on Earth and Tropicolor by Sydney Grace. Especially Heaven on Earth. I love the combo of earthy and beachy vibes. Neutral and colorful tones marrying together in such a lovely way. Girl love you! Also what black eyeliner are you wearing because it’s GIVING 🤩
black eyeshadow and then a laura mercier pencil in the waterline!
🎉thank you 🎉
Agree on too faced born this way also!
Oh my gosh Morgan your eyes look incredible! I must now go buy that palette
Your eye look is super gorgeous in this video 😊
Your eye look is gorgeous! More of this, plz!
11:20 which of your videos was it? I'm looking for this dual ended brush :).
❤🎉 Yay *VISEART* for the win!! Thanks lovely Morgan!! ❤️⭐🤩
I’ve been LOVING Beauty Bay for the past month. Yes, they are gigantic palettes, but they’re amazing quality.
Love your makeup here!
I’ll be completely honest, I want eyeshadow? I’m going to colorpop
Oh my goodness I am terrible with eyeshadow but for some reason the Danessa M. Palette works soo well for me lol but I think I am into super springy pinky looks 😅 I always go with your recommendation this was the first buy I actually said well let me see and I was sooooo surprised it works for me but your reviews are on point because I learned I do like that weird creamy texture for eyeshadows and blush! So thank you!
I can’t keep up with all the amazing eyeshadow palettes from Indie brands. Thank goodness they have our backs. Not a single person I know is cutting back on eyeshadow or doing one and done looks. Indie eyeshadow rules! ❤ I Will NEVER go back to main stream. Especially them trying to set trends that No One wants in the real world!
Your makeup looks stunning!
I love your eyeshadow content. I wish you would do more indie (one can wish…)😅
Independent brands are lunching beautiful eyeshadow palettes.
You Work so hard 👏🏻👌💯
The Hard Candy Purr palette is my favorite
Your makeup is gorgeous!!!
Mainstream bland brands only aren’t launching eyeshadow palettes as much. The Indi community have come out with many creative releases in 2024 alone and they are significantly increasing their market share and views on social media. I don’t think I have ever seen Ensley Reign, Adept, unearthly or Bella Beaute Bar featured so it really needs the disclaimer of mainstream in these sort of statements to differentiate to channels that feature both styles. I think most Indi you have swatched and sipped haven’t been the bigger Indi brands.
I stated that about indie at the end!!
Lovely eye look
Thanks for the reviews…❤ the sknn by Kim and makeup by Mario look exactly the same…..😮are they dupes?
I want to see a tutorial on this eye look!
keep watching the video! its in here!
This new trend makes me sad, but you look fabulous!!
I have the grey creamy palette and I agree with you, but I'd still rank it higher than the Prada. That thing should be illegal.
Good afternoon, Morgan! Happy Monday! I can't wait to watch this! I hope you are having an amazing day. 😊🩷🩵💜🧡💚💛
This eyeshadow look is so good 👏
Love love love ur look but when ranking eye palettes can u please let us know what eye primer u used or usually use or like best. Thanks 4 another great video😊
I used Milani in this one!
Nice review, thanks for share.. i like makeup...
