I know, I work at a bar and this is a huge problem. I basically stop serving someone after 2 drinks. This is also every bartenders worst nightmare. If the DA wants to the can charge the person who served that guy with 2nd degree manslaughter or at the very least a civil suit where the bartender has to pay the victims family huge amounts of money.

My question for the OP though is why do you want to destroy yet another life for doing their job? In the report is says be drank 4 tall beers, how long was he there? Did he come in and drink them all within 15 mins than left. Am I to be held responsible for every decision you make after you leave my bar?

There's no winner when it comes to drunk driving. Drunk driver ended my career and I deal with the balance, vision and memory issue's from the TBI. Been working on being able to write/post up in a sensible manner since 2006. 84% of crimes are committed by US Citizen's as stated by the Federal Bureau of Prisons. Annual average cost is $106,000 to incarcerate someone if I recall correctly. Forgot to wish the best to those effected by this, and every incident.
