You guys are the most no BS reviewers. Thankyou! Though you're not helping me thin out my plugins collection. It looks like an upgrade to Kick 3 is necessary. Currently do manually with nodes in Kick 2 what this version does with AI! And yes you can make snare drums with it. I've done that before with Kick 2 no probs. Take the "oomph" from a snare drum on a track you like and layer that with some different sound layers. Works very very well.
Have you tried any of the Sound Particles plug-ins? I have Density (and the name is program), and the two panners, useful sometimes, oh and the „Air“ is nice for pushing thins away with automation
I wasn't ever able to find or create a kick with version 2 that had the punch and clarity I was hoping for. All of the presets I heard always sounded extremely dull, hollow, and weak. Is version 3 significantly better than version 2? I specifically need professional kicks with sufficient punch and clarity.
@StudioLife101 I was too lazy to go through the back catalog but didn't remember because if you did I would have gotten it earlier but I got it for about $20 on sale...It's really really good
Did not see the smurf switcheroo coming.... Very refreshing to see a youtube channel that doesn't take itself seriously. Something tells me you're eyeing the upcoming Behringer LMDrum...
I was looking at the sonic website at their subscription and it looks like the worse I've seen lol... £59.99 for first year sounds cheap then under the list of plugins you get, you get 2 plugins and that's it.... Odd lol... Still the single plugin for the kick would be handy
I always liked pinky and the brain. I gave Pinky a like------------> So are you old enough to recall what im talking about... lol dam i hope my meds kick in soon.
Got it day one and love it. Got some nice kicks from dub versions of tracks I like. Another great one with maybe even more options is KickNinja by The HIM. Check it out!
Too much tweaking of details .. i dontt think its cery creative lol. What are people listening, kicks or music? I mean, i listen the older early 90-2000 electronic dance music, and they are still timeless, used tr 909-808 basic and they still sound good, without fancy options, some analog synths ,sampling etc.
Not sure if you have checked out Audija’s imitation of Kick 2, but it is a fraction of the price and it has great features relating to phase locking, etc.
I own Kick 1+2 as well as Punchbox, and Punchbox has got to be my favorite plugin for creating kicks from scratch
I was creating plucks and leads with it, just for fun. It's a great tool at a good price.

Is Apple silicon supported?
@@decathlonvideos yes.
You guys always make me smile 😂
( By the way, I’m planning on buying zero plugins this Black Friday )
I have awaken into an alternative reality with that intro and review.

Great plug in, dropping a full track in it and ripping the kicks is so satisfying 🤣🤣🤣

Would love a Snare/Clap 1 plugin.

Happened to me right after seeing this video… You guys have been a reliable source of what is (and what is not) shit. Cheers!

the kick is not included btw
@@TigroGumi that is the subscription price for the video tutorials :) - you get those 2 plugins included
The subscription is for our video tutorials, not plugins. However, you do get access to two plugins with this subscription.

Kick 3 came a little late, 'Kick Ninja' by The 'HIM' Kicks it into touch :D
Even before that came Audija KickDrum
