Skills inference: the data that will change HR

This video mentions using the EMSI api to perform the skills inference through their open source algorithm however other suppliers are available. IBM have been leaders in this area and now sell this product but other suppliers including Burning Glass, TechWolf, Clustree, GLOAT, Horsefly and Profinda all offer different products that include this functionality within their products and tools.
