This is entertaining to watch. I think I remember the B&M debacle….you did a vid on it right? Would be sad if there were more than one person getting that level of slop from them. Way back when I was building resorts in the mountains of Colorado, my 00 Tahoe’s 4L60e blew. I ordered a TCI from Summit. It blew no more than 3 months later. Since then I don’t trust off the shelfs. Last rebuild I did was by an old fashioned engine and transmission shop up in Idaho. That’s where we broke down. They did a killer rebuild on my Burban’s 4L80e.
@@rockymtnredneck4888 I went to see a local trans shop and the guy didn't give me the confidence to give him my trans. I might play around with the original trans. See if I can't rebuild it for a spare.

So do I. With a lift removing a trans isn't terrible. Does take some time. Especially when you have a transfer case bolted behind it.
