tbf as a Tank main: the frontal would have knocked him off the platform the way he was aiming it. Thats why he turned the boss around and it wouldnt have mattered in which direction he aimed it, as you were not positioned very well. However, he should have moved earlier and give you time to react.
One group invited me, saw that I was a hunter, and said "Lol hunter." and kicked me. 15 minutes later the servers reset, while I'm sure they were in a key. I lol'ed last.

That druid doing 10k dps in a +25, meanwhile me as a Rsham pulling 70k+ dps in +24 getting declined for every 25 i applied.

its just a little bit about dps at keyrange 25+ :P but yea ppl still belive too much in meta classes x)
yeah thats actually insane. im pretty sure id do at least 40k dps without ever jumping into cat form on my rdruid.
and even though im playing a 'meta' healer, people still want priests and monks for some reason which REALLY makes me tilt my head. meta doesnt really matter until like 28+ (depending on the key, BRH vs EB or Throne)
i mean people are sheep and will only pick what is meta unfortunaetly
I do 70 on mistweaver aswell, but this season healer dps matters very little, if you cant time key without healer dps sub 30 key, you have other problems :D
there are also dngeons and group combinations where you spend all day healing i play holy paladin i get between 15-40k damage depending on many things.
Blade Flurry when you have 2 or fewer seconds remaining on its duration.
Roll the Bones if you have 2 or fewer buffs or 2 or fewer seconds remaining on its duration.
Adrenaline Rush on cooldown at or below 2 combo points.
Blade Rush at 30 energy or lower. Do not cast during Subterfuge or Shadow Dance
Ghostly Strike on cooldown. This ability is off the GCD.
Vanish followed by Between the Eyes at 6 or more combo points.
Shadow Dance followed by Between the Eyes at 6 or more combo points.
Between the Eyes on cooldown if at 6 or more combo points. During Subterfuge or Shadow Dance finish at 5 or more. Hold if Vanish has 45 seconds or fewer on its cooldown. Hold if Shadow Dance has 15 seconds or fewer on its cooldown.
Slice and Dice if at 6 or more combo points and has 12 or less seconds remaining. Do not refresh during Subterfuge or Shadow Dance
Dispatch if at 6 or more combo points.
Ambush if you have Audacity, or are in Subterfuge or Shadow Dance at 5 or less combo points.
Pistol Shot if you have Opportunity at 5 or less combo points.
Sinister Strike at 5 or less combo points.
That shock blast blue swirly thing is ridiculous. I bubble on my Paladin when I get it.

This brh shows it all. Trying to do a stupid non pug friendly skip someone has seen somewhere on a stream that is meant for coordinated groups, wiping to the first pull, walking out and sitting in the queue for 30 min again.
Hahahahaha 5:32 🤣🤣 I always think that too when I get kicked from groups before the keys start: hope you deplete it! 😅😅

16:40 i know exactly the tank though process.. he had only the option to turn the boss to middle or to range camp.. he took the wrong side ^^
It doesn't matter if you are meta when you get around the 26-27+ range tbh because there are 3500+ multi r1 players who are bored signing up to these keys on main/alts looking for something to do while their teams aren't on, so even meta specs start to sit long lfg queues unless you are a tank or healer.
Loving this video series! I don't have time to push io score anymore, nor the patience/sanity to deal with all the mentally ill bots, so I appreciate getting to experience the suffering vicariously through you Vesp xd
Sadly i totaly can understand that druid typing every stuff you "should know" in a 25 DHT.
The most PUGs i met on 24 / 25 keys didnt even understand the basic boss mecs ort trash mecs.
Out of 10 runs i get one good group, considering beeing dps player and have to wait 30min for 1 invite.
Light Blue Swirlies that are the exact same color - try that ToTT boss as a Frost DK with Remorseless Winter up.
Only way to survive is to keep moving to clean patches.
Edit: also wild to me that you consider hunter non-meta considering the absolute fuckton of dps they do.
Very interesting to see someone that's piloting something with more representation than DPS DK, DPS Druid, and DPS Priest's combined having woes
On the PI syncing with CD's issue, you could set up a macro whispering the priest when you are popping call of the wild. Helps a ton especially in Pugs
It's not just ToTT, if you look in almost all dungeons abilities are mostly same color as dungeon ground, green on green. white on white, blue on blue, it's annoying as hell.
for sure, this is by far the worst one though imo
as a fury warrior i understand your issue lmao, eventhough i'm better than 95% of these 3K5+ io people still don't consider me in high keys...
im also on that journey shout out man, but on the healer and dps side, and as flipside dude i was on a 27 TOT and the tank kept pullign when i had to heal the heal absorb debuff as a healer you have to asume that NOBODY knows how to play or any dungeon mechanic at all.
im actually getting pissed watching this. because i can relate so much. im a windwalker main since shadowlands and we had our times. but df season 3 there were so many mistweavers and in df season 4 everybody wanted godcomp. im slowly losing my passion for the game because its so hard to form a reliable group and i have to pug so much. this is 100% my experience for almost every season.
oh god the shock blast geyser shit got me too on a high Tides key! I didn't even understand what happened I was so sure I saw NOTHING under me. I had to look up the name of the abilities and make sure I wasn't going crazy. Especially because it went off right as the blast exploded.

I think youre meant to avoid the frontals on Tyr they hurt a lot. I seem to get hit by them all the time when im tanking. Would like to avoid them.

4:40 I def need a WA for this affix. It's OP as fuck, it always makes me lose 50% audio in my right ear and my focus bar literally just doesn't recharge. Blizzard needs to take it easy on these affixes.
I have died twice to that shock/gyser combo...I now just bubble when I have the stupid shock.

Just had the same experience on my BM, although only a +18 tott, but this shaman with 475+ilvl did 80k overall dps :)

Resto druid doing 10k dps is a BOT. What is the low end for them? My friend is a clicker and playing resto druid and doing like 70k dps overall.
What is the name of addon/Wa that shows you the timer for Knockback/Soak etc?
I'm pugging as a preservation, I'm 3354 io and sit in lfg for hours on end before I get into a key... Frustraiting

the tank on tyr had to turn else he would be yeeted of the platform, basicly he fucked up basic possioning
@VesperalTV I thought the same. At 16:44 you, DH and the Mindender go flying and 17:00 the Bear gets yeeted off the platform. And i guess the tank didn't want to fly into/over/behind the yellow stuff on the opposite side.

That blue shock blast with blue swirls overlap have made me die several times, incredibly bad design.

This is why I quit after pugging 3k. High level m+ is extremely toxic and I'd rather play alts or other games.
In my experience the ~3000-3300 range can be quite toxic, but then it gets a lot better again. People understand that mistakes happen and move on after a deplete. Also the player pool gets quite a bit smaller so you're bound to run into same players again and again, thus you don't want to be labeled as a toxic idiot. :-)

shadow/fire/veng/mw disc or rdruid the final dps can be literally anything

as a shadow main we are most def not meta lol

Had the same thing in a key where a healer wouldnt stop typing and caused a wipe the whole group told em to shut the fuck up and play and they did sometimes people just need told to shut the fuck up.
Hunter is pretty much meta and yet u complain. BM hunters are such trash players
But its not, the little utility they have, regular hunter will never use it, also it has improved defensive tools, but most of them suck at using it. 26-27 we never consider inviting one, there is plenty of better choices
@@popojaga7312 26-27 is easy doable with hunter, just play around it. There is arms warrior doing 30keys (higher thsn you) so never inviting them proved ur not goof enough to play othrr than pure meta
@@popojaga7312 So to correct ur comment : hunter is pretty damn close to be meta. Their damage is insane and they never lose damage by moving.
@@badderen92 why should i play around it tho, when you can take class that you dont need to play around, has better utility for grp, its not like regular hunter brings anything good. You choose to play around a spec when it outweights its negatives in some form
@@popojaga7312 you dont need 5 classes witj utility. If its bad, why os there arms warrior which is worse doing 30keys (higher than yourself)? U dont even need to play around hunter, as long as they survive and do damage its all u need.
