them speaking about the saab like that makes me so sad
Please keep this style, this gives me old top gear vibes and I'm loving it!
That Puma reminds me of a young Tiff Needell teaching us how to "drift" a FWD car.
Young??? Hes was about 50 when he made that vid...
@@christianbuczko1481 he’s always been 50 that man hasn’t changed ever
Racing drivers don't age. Has got to do with their exercise, diet and some of those G Forces.
He is permanently young..!
A black 93 Aero SportCombi might be my dream car.
mine too!
Manual too ;)
@Mackenzie Stanton who would call a 93 a “vectra”?
@@urfathersmelledofelderberr9498 Someone who has no idea what they're talking about.
My dad had on I can confirm it was great it even made turbo noises when you shifted
This is what videos are all about! You guys have gone above and beyond. I was crying with laughter watching. Can’t wait for the next one. Absolutely FIRST CLASS!!!!!
I just love how the Multipla has gras under the front lip right from the beginning. Look 0:40 and 0:51 just looks like a cow chewing on its gras
saab was easily the best car lets face it.
It’s literally impossible to argue with that
Easily the best looking going sideways. 😂
Well, it's the only car here.
Night mode
I've owned a dozen Saabs and that 9-3 isn't a Saab. The engine is the same Fiat diesel fitted in the Multipla.
If this was a TV show in the early 2000's it would deffo be a contender against top gear, genuine lads having a laugh at crappy cars that are a load of fun, love it
I actually really like that Saab, the other two cars are hideous
You are smoking crack
@@elnyoutube123 you got heroine up your arse
@Anon73618 You really think the Puma looks generic compared to a Miata? Really? What else on the road looks anything like a Puma?
@Anon73618 I have to disagree with you on that. The Puma looks like a Puma from a mile away. A Miata just looks like a generic blob designed by slaves.
I like the Saab too. Estates are cool. Saab’s are cool. The alloys are mean. Love the roof rack and all that space. Cruise control. Lovely interior. That’s actually a bloody nice motor
This wasnt even a competetion Saab just was all around best car :D
Good luck fixing it when it breaks 😂
@@kyriakostsaknakis7741 Its GM, Its cheap as hell to fix.
@@themightydash1714 well its some sort of closed type engine. So if you have a major fault on the engine you might as well say goodbye. Because it's not a Japanese car that can last a long time with just basic maintenance.
I know for a fact that it's a really beautiful car and fast and comfy
But since my family has owned one can't really say it was much of a joy being quite often in a garage after 100k miles
Not so reliable as a Honda which we own for 15, has gone for 350k miles and still nothing is broken
I think ethans car had the best launch 😬🤔(or am i slowy becoming a retired carguy?)
Lets just ignore the dog slow performance...it was VERY nearly beaten by a broken diesel Multipla! lol
I like the new Ethan, that driving lesson worked wonders 😂
Jack, I'll give you all the cash in my wallet for that Saab
I’d say the same but i’ve only got £49

it grinds my gears to see you throwing the christmas tree in the car the wrong way smh
Stopped the video for exact same reason. Why are they struggling to get the 🌲 the wrong way round?
I was thinking the exact same thing, other way would be so much easier 👍
@@Mark... Yes, but then harder when you have to take it out.
@@DashCamSerbia haha that’s true I never thought of that 😁
I really like that they are not always mean to each other. It makes it more wholesome
Jack should’ve turned the ESP off earlier (at the drag race it probably is still on) haha
The Key between the seats started with the SAAB 99. It was placed there as an anti-theft device to lock the manual shift linkage into reverse...
And as a safety feature so if you crashed the keys did not do damage to your leg
This is literally the reason why I used to watch Top Gear
“We’ve hired a 25 year old child”
well the americans hired a 74 year old child...
Alex
"Wait you're not my dad!".... "I am today"
Legendary
Didn't realise this was half an hour until the video ended!
This was so entertaining all the way through. Well done!
As my late Grandad used to say, "SAABs are an aeroplane car". The SAAB ones were flying machines for sure.
The had aircraft inspired interiors too
The Saab is so good no one is even talking about the multipla's interior!
My SAAB interior, what a place to be !.

I am still driving a Saab. 2004 9-5 Arc 2.2 Tid. Just keeps on a rolling..........
These guys need to try a 9-5 Aero with a manual gearbox, amazing performance, will take a huge mileage. A standard 260bhp one would of successfully completed that 150mph challenge that they recently had.
@@antonyevans120 I know. I told them to get a 9000 2.3T. I would have applied a 300bhp map for them and it would go to 160 no problem.
It was so cool seeing growth in Ethan using what he learned last week today!
You’ve made a Saab owner very happy with this video.
Ohhh, I know you from Instagram. Love your 9-3. Get every SAAB fanboy in this comment section 😂
